I don't repair iPhones often, but do fix my own phones. I wanted a better set of tools to have on hand then the cheap ones that are often included in the repair kits. Those cheap tools often wear out before I am done with the repair. I got this tool set so I didn't have to deal with the cheap tools.For the price, these are great tools that should last.

For all the tools, the kit is a fair price. My complaint is with the suction cup. It didn't work very well, and the keyring it came with was cheap and flimsy. It came apart and gave me a nasty cut.

The kit comes with everything you could need to open up a phone and then some. I appreciate the various options there are with the opening tools. I’m used to using the plastic triangular picks so I gravitate towards that but I’m looking forward to using the thin metal opening tool as it seems much more efficient. The screwdrivers are great quality, the tips haven’t stripped and the body rotates easily when holding the black top for ease of use even with one hand. The pentalobe screwdrivers aren’t very magnetic which is a pain when dealing with those tiny little screws... I’m not sure if I can use the yellow magnetizer that came with the kit to fix that but it’s worth a shot. The tweezers are amazing! They come in handy as much as you’d expect. All in all, it’s a great kit to have just in case you need to get into a phone for whatever reason. Feels like a professional kit.

I repaired a single phone with this kit, and I have to say, its poor quality. Then again, it's to be expected for the price point, so I'm not too upset. If you are trying to start repairing phones, go for a more popular name brand, if you are just trying to fix your phone, or buy 2 kits? Still cheaper than a screen repair company.The Pentalobe screwdriver, and phillips screwdriver held up, though keep in mind, on an iPhone 7plus screen replacement, there are really only 6 or 7 Phillip screws. The tripoint did not make it halfway through the repair before the screwdriver stripped itself. I believe it lasted 8 or 9 tripoint removals.The spudger, and "the opening tool" were the only other tools I used. They held up fine, as to be expected through a single use, and I had no other problems.

Great kit, I'm a newb with phones and to be honest the last one I attempted ended up in parts and then the recycle bin. This 6S opened and went smoothly. proper tools I guess!

Pure garbage! The 0.6Y tool was not manufactured correctly and extended the tip too long to catch the screws. Even if you press firmly the Y driver will not catch, stopping you in your tracks. The rest of the tools have other issues. For instance the flat prying tool has plastic grip that doesn’t cover the edges and may cut you if you apply pressure. The suction cup is warped and doesn’t hold a full seal so there is no use in it either. This product it just for show. No purpose in use. Just looks good.

Decent kit for first time repairs. The plastic opening tools, suction cup, and guitar picks in the kit are little much. But overall, great for any standard IPhone 6s or older repair.
