A fun apron, also a good gag gift.
I would consider this a heavy costume apron, or light cooking apron. It does have a light flock on the wearer's side which will help it hang more 'heavy', and provide a little protection from heat, though I would not tend a hot BBQ while wearing this particular apron. Backyard birthday parties would be fine though. Shipping was as described, approximately ten days or so.
