Simple to build and exactly as pictured. Does require batteries for the lights (as I had expected). Rolls great with larger wheels. Toddler approved!! My 3 year old loved this for Christmas. The lights are bright and the details are super cute. The base says "no hero is too small" which adds cuteness to me. Great gift for boys and girls who love paw patrol
