This is a fantastic tool to help remove all the soap scum and calcium deposits on glass shower doors. It’s a simple, easy to use tool. Slide up 1 level and use it, all the way up and the blade can be easily removed. I like how the base is a chamber to store new blades. As with all blades take caution but the blade retracts deep enough into the tool that you it doesn’t peek out. Like all retractable blades it has the safety feature of having to press down a bit and then slide up so. Definitely a good buy and works great

I got this to replace my metal glass scrapper that I’ve had for 20 years or so. When I paint my doors or windows, I don’t use any painters tape. If I get a little paint in the windows, I just use this to scrape it off with. You can also use this for your glass top stove and mirrors. It’s easy to use and is very simple. The size is perfect and fits great into your hand or pocket if you are on the go. With a nice fresh blade, the cleaning power is unrivaled. It works so well at removing paint, dirt and grime from any glass product. It came preloaded with a blade, 5 more blades already in try blade storage in the bottom and 10 extra blades for future use. This set should last me years and I’m glad that I’ve finally found a decent replacement for the one I’ve used for such a long time. Good tool, but the plastic is not that stable as I had before with a stainless steel or like full metal tool, I more stable. But overall good tool, and works as it should.

I had no idea this would make such a difference in cleaning my glass stove top! My husband loves to cook but sometimes he is a messy cook and our new glass stovetop soon had messy build up from boil overs. I used a glass top commercial cleaner solution made for glass tops, but it still didn’t get it all off. I was about to buy one of those cute covers to hide the stovetop when it wasn’t in use because I was so embarrassed about how bad some of the units looked even after I had tried so hard to clean off the baked on stuff! I saw this scraper on Amazon! It said it was safe on glass stove tops! I thought, well, MY STOVETOP ALREADY LOOKS RUINED, so why not try it?. I ordered the scraper and it came the next day. I put a warm, wet dishcloth on the worst area of building up to soak for a few minutes, and then started to use the scraper. Wow! It was really starting to work! I was so excited! I got most of it off with just warm water and the scraper! There was a little still there, so I thought, what the heck! If it worked that well with just water, I wonder if it would work better with the glass top commercial cleaner I tried it , and it worked great!!! My glass stovetop soon looked like new again! It really does! I made sure to hold the scraper at an angle when I was scraping so it didn’t scratch the surface, and I worked in small areas until it was completely removed! I am amazed! It is actually gleaming just like it did in the store brand new! And it didn’t take more than a few minutes to do it! I’m going to try this scraper on some hard water spots on our windows next! This little scraper is easy to hold in my hand ( even tho I have some arthritis in my thumbs) and works better than I ever thought it would or could! This is one of my favorite purchases from Amazon! I bought this plastic one because I would be using it in the kitchen for scraping burnt on gunk on the stovetop and in the wash water. It works pretty well in that job, if you know how to scrape glass. Cooktop, Pyrex bakeware, ceramic slowcookers, oven glass door, just about anywhere my wife can find to burn stuff on. Upside is it won't rust. Downside is the blades will. Ceramic and Stainless Steel blades are recommended. It cannot be taken apart to clean sticky gunk out, and it tends to jamb. No probs, pry with a butter knife. I like it, it works.
