Magic Palette Color Mixing Guide 11.5 Inch

I teach a watercolor class for fellow seniors. This was a great visual aide for them when they were not sure how to mix a specific color.

This is a great tool if you haven’t had a chance to make your own color palette yet. It comes on very sturdy paper as you’ll see in the video. It’s a good size. I read reviews that said it was bent, but the one I received was slightly curved, not enough for this to be damaged or unusable in any way whatsoever.

Great mixing chart,but, like other reviews have stated, it arrived with a crease in it. I believe it's just a packaging flaw that could've have easily been corrected by changing their packaging practices. Also, it was a little on the flimsy side, but I fixed that by self-laminating it in clear vinyl contact paper. Problem solved. They should consider laminating the chart and just charge an extra $1 for it, so it could be more durable and longer lasting. I would have given this product 5 stars if it were not for the pesky crease in it.

I’m still learning oil painting and mixing the right color is not as straightforward as many people might think. This handy dandy chart helps me save a lot of time for finding a good mix on my easel that’s close to what’s in my head. I don’t have every single color that this chart references - but I have most, so it’s still quite effective. It’s also been a surprising tool in other ways - rather than just be a formula for me to follow, it’s been a revelation at times to see what colors can be created from unlikely mixes. I have this hanging on my wall next to my easel and refer to it often. It’s a low-cost tool that every painter can use.

This help alot. Nice weight, flexible, I can use to mix right on it to check the color. Good value

I wanted to have the big „studio“ Magic Palette Color Mixing Guide (as on the photo!) and it is in fact the smaller one (called „The Personal“ Magic Palette), as in the description. But the price is in fact as for the big studio one. I feel like I‘ve been tricked

Saves paint if you follow the instructions, if you don't you're back to square one before purchase. Ideal to get that correct shade of colour or greatly helps to get the shade you're looking for without wasting paint. Once again follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. Good value and you'll get more than your money back in saved paints.

Misleading advertising. The photo shows a model that is not the one you receive (the photo is a 28x28 matrix and I received an 18x18). And there was no care in transportation. It arrived bent, which damaged the image. But it is a useful tool for those of us who are interested in the theory of color and its many combinations. - Publicidad engañosa. La foto muestra un modelo que no es el que recibes (la foto es una matriz 28x28 y recibí una 18x18). Y no hubo cuidado en el transporte. LLegó doblado, lo cual maltrató la imagen. Pero es un instrumento útil para quienes nos interesamos por la teoría del color y sus múltiples combinaciones.
