Buy this watch, you won't regret it!
This is not a Rolex. It is a rugged and attractive utility watch meant for daily use. I still dive and have put this watch to the test. This is the third Seko dive watch I have owned. My previous two were self-winding automatics. This watch has the classic divers look of my very first Seko I received when I graduated from BUDS back in the 60's. I still have it but no longer keeps accurate time even after being "overhauled" at the factory. The solar charging is a game changer. I no longer have to wonder if my watch is accurate. It only requires a short period of solar exposure to ensure the internal battery is charged at least every six months. Since I'm outdoors most of the time, this is ceases to be a concern. This watch weighs very little compared to the traditional self-winding divers. It won't feel like an anchor on your wrist. I hardly notice its there. The crystal sits just below the bezel which helps deflect potential scratches that come from heavy everyday use. Great quality at a fantastic price equals an unparalleled value.

Great Dive watch! Excellent value!
I have a had a great experience with the Seiko Solar Prospex dive watch since receiving it about a month ago. I was looking for a quality dive watch that is equal parts reliable tool and handsome time piece. I spent a long time looking for exactly what I wanted and I believe this watch meets the criteria. After receiving the watch, I switched it over to a rubber 20mm strap and took it on a spear fishing trip, where it spent 5 hours a day for a week in salt water as deep a 60 feet. Solid luminescence in low light. The screw down crown was water tight and it keeps accurate time without any attention which I can't always say for my considerably more expensive automatic dive watch. It also looks great on the bracelet for more formal occasions. I'm really pleased with this time piece.

This is the perfect Seiko sub 🤿 🐟
I've worn it every day for almost a year and liked it as much as I did on day 1.It's very accurate, dependable, and stylish. It's chunky enough to not be too large or heavy on an average-sized wrist and looks so good. The steel bracelet is meh, but I prefer a rubber one anyway, and after a lot of searching found the Strapcode dot com Straight End Black FKM Rubber one which fits and wears perfectly.

Fantastic every day watch
Truly a fantastic diver style watch without the winding hassles of an automatic. Bezel is silky smooth, lume is excellent and as long as it gets light, the time is accurate every time you put it on. Adjusting the bracelet was a breeze with a link tool and the micro adjustments on the clasp dial it in to your preferred fit, which for me is slightly loose on the wrist.

Outstanding addition to my collection
I am more than impressed with this addition to my persuasive watch collection of Seiko, Citizen and Luminox watches. This solar watch keeps better time than any other watch I have including quartz, automatic and kinetic watches. I haven't gained or lost a single second in over a week of wear.Size and weight are exceptional. Sapphire crystal is flawless (with anti glare coating on the inside of the crystal). Second hand falls on the marks with precision. Finely finished in all respects. Those complaining of the pins being loose obviously removed links and failed to note the collar when reassembling.

Top watch
Excellent watch! Positive points: very comfortable on the wrist, thin, only 10.7 mm thick, quite accurate, +-15 sec per month, solar-powered with a 10-month energy reserve, beautiful polishing work (SEIKO standard), Sapphire crystal, PEPSI bezel with a firm 120-clicks and gives a solid feel, screw-down crown for maximum water protection. Areas for improvement: lacks an anti-reflective treatment on the sapphire crystal, the crown could be positioned at 4 o'clock instead of 3 o'clock to be less abrasive to the skin of the hand, and the strap, although of great quality, has room for improvement

Absolutely LOVE this Watch!
In my first career, I was a U.S. Navy deep sea diver, and I have seen my fair share of diving watches. This Seiko takes the cake. I absolutely LOVE this watch. Basically, it was a birthday gift from my wife (purchased August 7th), and it has kept time with only a few seconds lost in 4 months. At my age (64), I probably won't take it to its 200mm limit, but is beautiful enough to wear every day; and the depth rating does allow me swim and fish for salmon and halibut without any worries that the watch will be compromised. If you're looking for a fine timepiece that is also rugged enough for sports and everyday work, this is the watch for you! Most highly recommend!
