Great way to get calcium in your diet
I just started using this calcium product. The capsules are easy to swallow - not overly large. I am hoping it helps my bones. I plan on taking as directed until my next scan to see if it was effective.

This stuff should be rated a 10 out of 5. My wife's useless doctors never told her that she had osteopenia, but they went crazy when she dipped into osteoporosis. They sent her to a teaching hospital where the "expert" MD told her to either start taking Fosimax injections, or don't bother coming back. What a witch! So she took plant calcium and MK-4 (plus the usual D-3, prunes, exercise, etc.) for three years and mostly stopped the progression of bone loss. We found Algeacal with little hope, and my wife had a Dexa scan then took Algaecal, MK-4, MK-7, D-3, etc with every meal for 6 months. That DEXA scan showed increase bone density out of osteoporosis and back to osteopenia. Her local doc told her today that she didn't need another DEXA scan after 6 months because "bone density can't change that quickly." My wife told her to look at her last two scans that were 6 months apart, and gave her some salt to put on that crow she was eating. Looking forward to improved results in September. It doesn't work for everyone, but when it does work, it's pretty awesome.

I'm so glad I found this b/c it appears to be working. I have osteopenia, but this product has arrested its progression. My numbers are slightly better and certainly not worse!

Best calcium
This is the best calcium for my wife's osteoporosis. Takes three ,three times a day with 45mg. Of k2 mk4.

I’m hoping this works!
This is a nice pill - easy to swallow and you only need one with each meal. I can’t tell how well it works yet, but I’m almost finished with the first bottle. It’s completely tasteless and I have had no side effects nor upset stomachs.

Good product but 4 to 5 times the cost of others just a good.
