I'm gonna say it: it stinks (like a cross between a railroad tie and a giant mothball)... but this stuff really works.It's thick like Vaseline so it's hard to get out of my hair when I put it on my scalp psoriasis patches... but the good news is is that I don't have to do it very often. I have had psoriasis for 30 years and this is the only thing that really works for me. Awesome stuff.This is my second purchase - it lasts for like a year.

Yes this stuff stinks! Like an auto repair shop and Grandma’s closet full of moth balls. But it’s working well and my feet are happy!

Really glad I found something to work on my husband’s skin. It’s a great value and effective. Finally gave him relief and skin is no longer itchy and greasy. Good quality.

This did not work for me. Not even for my itch.Smells mediciny (is that a word?)I gave it three stars because it's an ok dry skin cream.

I’ve tried any and everything besides injections for my psoriasis and nothing has worked! You might smell like a newly paved highway using this, BUT IT WORKS! I put this on everyday after I get home and when I shower in the evening I wash it off and I only use it when I’m starting to turn red and patchy again. It truly works ❤️

I have a three month waiting. Period to see my physician. Started using news and I believe by the time I visit is due my psoriasis will probably be cleared up. It definitely has a different smell to it.
