It took about 3 weeks of taking the recommended dose daily before I noticed any difference. Out of no where though, I was not getting anxious or upset in situations that would have otherwise. Im generally um generally less irritable, my demeanor has slightly changed. This stuff definitely works for me.I understand the flavor isn't the best but just chew with some OJ or a sweet drink. It's be ight 😎

This herb takes the "edge" off your nerves. The gummies taste great with a slight pepper-ish or ginger-ish glow. These are not your usual fruity thing as they have a bit of spike similar to ginger and I like them a lot. I always keep a jar handy. You're supposed to take three a day and that's enough anyway. I started a subscription out of curiosity and decided to keep them on my regular supply list.

The company not the issue! It’s the ashwaganda itself that is the problem!My endocrinologist put me on the supplements to help lower my high cortisol levels. He told me to take the three gummy’s every night for three months and then to stop taking them. Three weeks ago getting close to the three month mark I noticed some immunity issues followed by gastrointestinal issues (nausea/loss of appetite) and then anxiety started to creep up on me.The week of 4/12 I WAS VERY ILL! It was like I was poisoned. I’ve never have been so sick in my life. I was vomiting, diarrhea, nauseous, racing heart. I was not capable of eating. I felt like my blood sugar was crashing all the time I felt very weak. My body temperature was very low and my anxiety was to the point that I was also having panic attacks! I ended up in the hospital around April 19th found out I was severely dehydrated. I was also put on an EKG because my heart rate was concerning the doctor. They told me to stop the supplement. I’m thinking if I stop everything I would get better but no come to find out I am now experiencing withdrawal effects such as extreme fatigue, depressive mood, anxiety/panic attacks, etc. I am going on almost 2 weeks from withdrawing. Who knows how much longer it’s going to take for my body and brain to regulate from this supplement. I don’t even feel like myself anymore. It has been a horrible experience with this supplement!I would also take consideration that copper has been found in Ashwaganda. I went ahead and tested my copper levels. Luckily they were OK! Currrntly testing my thyroid to make sure it didn’t affect that! Because it can!I’ve done extensive research. That’s how I learned all of this because unfortunately, my endocrinologist did not aware of any of this! I will never take ashwaganda again it’s not worth all I am dealing with.

I bought these for my daughter (2yo) but she didn't like them because of the cinnamon. It's a little too spicy. Needs to be just sweet.

I love the Goli brand Ashwaganda gummies but they were out so I tried these as a substitute. These are less pleasant if a taste and texture. They are like a soft chew candy than a gummy and they are more tart with a hint of herbal taste.I didn’t notice a difference in mood, sleep or cortisol levels from 1 brand to the other so just reviewing based on taste and texture of the product.
