A tiny and very capable amplifier, but needs better Bluetooth controls
The Aiyima A02 is surprisingly powerful, despite its diminutive size (roughly 3.7"H x 2"W x 7"D). The compact design is ideal for a secondary/bedroom listening setup with bookshelf speakers, but the amp is plenty strong enough to drive floor-standing towers, if desired. Bluetooth connectivity is great to see, but the amp doesn’t provide adequate controls to manage its use (further details below).Physically, the A02 is impressively built, with a solid aluminum body and gold-plated audio connectors. The miniature binding posts are rather cramped but can accommodate 14-gauge bare speaker wire. The included 24V power supply is on the bulky side, but it has all the appropriate safety certifications, as well as good-length cords (5’ to the brick, 3.6’ to the amp).In use, the A02 sounds great to my admittedly non-audiophile ears. It’s maybe not the warmest amp out there, but there’s plenty of detail, clarity, and headroom. The amp can play exceptionally loud if you want it to, and I’m happy keeping the dial at 1/3 or less in my small room. The VU is an intriguing visual bonus, but it doesn’t show much movement at the volume levels that I typically use.The A02 has Bluetooth built-in, but its implementation is over-simplified. There’s no pairing button, so the amp just accepts any nearby device - not great if you live in a dorm/apartment/condo building. If you forget to turn off the amp after using Bluetooth, a prankster can easily connect to it and blast loud music in the middle of the night. The lack of Bluetooth controls also means that you can’t unpair a device from the amp’s side, which is suboptimal in multi-person and/or multi-device households.Overall, this is a very compact and capable amp, but its lack of Bluetooth controls/security is potentially troublesome. Four stars.

Great Bluetooth amplifier with one problem
This small enclosure BT amplifier sounds good with good power but has one problem. With no Bluetooth transmitters connected, it has fairly loud static when it's Bluetooth receiver is activated. A very disappointing design flaw.

Powerful Amp!
Bought this amp to power desktop speakers (Minimus 7s) on my home work desk. The amber vu meter looks great. The Amp was too powerful for my desktop use, so I moved the amp to power a set of Pioneer bookshelf speakers in the garage. This amp and the Pioneers are a great combination! The Pioneers never sounded good to me until I used this amp to power them. This amp has plenty of power to drive the Pioneers. The system now fills the garage with great sound.

Decent amp
This a.m.p and how it sounds is heavily dependent on the type of speakers used I use it to drive to definitive technology 4 inch driver is mounted in small towers and it does a very good job

Decent little stereo amp. Perfect for desktop use
The VU meter is a nice little touch, and overall fits on the desk nicely as it is vertical. Can sync up with my AVR via bluetooth aptx for playback through the house. Very useful little device. Amp chip in the A07 may be a little better but no bluetooth there. Recommend
