Great stuff at a great price! I was considering buying a fruit and veggie blend that is considered the top brand. It was not only terribly expensive but, you had to take 6 a day! I'm 60 and I only take one med, so, adding supplements, though I know are important, are just another pill to me. So, I wanted cheap and effective. This is it. It is a multi vitamin AND has over 30 fruits and veggies. I take two daily. ONE NOTE OF CAUTION: take these in the morning. I used to take vitamins at nite and did so with these. But, they have a very, very high potency of B Vitamins, which, as you know are energy increasing vitamins. COULD NOT SLEEP! Thankfully, I figured it out. Buy these....you will NOT be sorry!

When I decided to lose weight by eating less and moving more, I knew I was going to need a supplement to help with the reduced calorie diet that may lack essential fruits and veggie nutrition. I started taking them a week into the plan and will take them indefinitely. I have lost the planned 40 lbs and maintained near perfect blood work during the entire process in large part due to these supplements. Even though I was only eating 1500 to 1800 calories, I was able to stay very healthy and keep my doctor happy with my nutrition numbers. I am convinced that these will only work like that IF you eat healthy and exercise but they are a good tool to put in your arsenal if you want to round out a healthy diet.

I do like your product very much. However it can give you gas at first, but that go away after a few days. It is a good product and I will continue to purchase your product as long as it stays a good product and the expense is reasonable.

I previously was taking another good vitamin, but it was a hard pill and fairly big too. I wondered - just how well does my body break down the vitamin - does some of it pass through without every being absorbed? I am 56 and an active person and in generally good health, no issues - I just believe in taking good care of myself. So, I decided to try these several weeks ago and I also started to take a probiotic and I do feel more energetic. So, is it this or is it the probiotic? combination of both? Not sure But I do think being a liquid-based vitamin is better than a hard pill and I do feel a difference. So, I am convinced

I have been taking these vitamins for about two weeks now and I am happy to say they do not upset my stomach in the least, as do some high-potency vitamin & mineral supplements. I love that the nutrients are derived from natural fruits and vegetables, and although these are fairly large capsules, they are very easy to swallow. I also appreciate that these are liquid capsules which I feel will dispense more efficiently throughout the digestive system. These are by far my favorite of a variety of vitamin supplements that I have tried. My only VERY SLIGHT 'dislike' of the product is that two of these capsules are necessary to receive the nutrients in the amounts listed on the bottle. But I will definitely buy this product again!! :)

I was looking for something like this to use for a fruit and vegetables multi vitamin sort of thing for when I can't get all my vegetables in...I mean I try to eat as much veggies as I can but some days I feel like no matter what measures I take I can't get it all in...so I searched for this on Amazon read some reviews and I decided to go with this brand...I also was happy to read some of the reviewers say that the pill wasn't hard on the stomach... well I've tried them and are still taking them and it is easy on my stomach I don't have no side effects for me and I'm happy with it overall.

The keep fresh packet included in vitamins had leaked onto the vitamins and not consumable. Could not use and not refundable.

I have a very sensitive stomach and am usually weary of new supplements. I decided to try this one and see how it goes. I'm happy to say, no issue at all. It digests easily and with no discomfort at all. I've been taking it for almost 3 weeks, so maybe too early to see the benefits. I can say for sure that it's a high quality supplement, and it digests and absorbs easily.
