What a workout!
The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been into Martial Arts for over 35 years and use to compete heavily in Olympic Tae Kwon Do. After a 20 year break from Tae Kwon Do training and competing, I’ve decided to start competing again. With my first fights coming up soon, I needed every edge I could get with propelling my training back to high performance level.I’ve never used any type of body worn equipment as training aides, but decided to give these power bands a try, and after researching the various options available on the market, I ordered a set from INNSTAR.They arrived in the mail 2 days ago. I’ve only tried them out twice so far, first time at home to see how they are and the second time in my Tae Kwon Do training session with my coach yesterday (which is the attached video). My thoughts so far:On the negative:1. While putting the set on at home to try it out, the plastic clip that the foot strap weaves through on one of the ankle braces snapped off. While putting the set on at my training session the next day, the same plastic clip on the other brace snapped off. These clips need to be metal not plastic.2. The foot straps tend to slip off the foot during training. Maybe the foot strap should be designed as more of a foot harness/sock.On the positive:These things are AWESOME! One of the best workouts I’ve ever had. In one hour and half long session I can feel and see my speed and strength increasing. This product is a great way to quickly develop various attributes for all athletic activities including speed, strength, balance, agility, muscular and cardiovascular conditioning.I highly recommend the INNSTAR MMA power bands!Nir Maman

The best resistance bands
I want to use this for boxvr, mostly working on upper body. Before ordering the product, I was concerning about the choices between 125, 225, or 300lbs because the description of this product didn't explain well. I went with 300lbs. There are 5 resistant bands, 2 bands 8 inches and 3 bands 10 inches. If 8 inches was strong for me, I switched to the 10 inches, which is lighter for my arms. I wish the company sell the band separately in case I want to buy lighter 8 inches band. I also figured out that the ankel strap should be weared from the back of your foot. This is a great resistance bands for workout with Oculus Quest, and it is very durable. After few weeks of using the 300lbs, I recommend about the 250 lbs for average users. The arms should be about 40 lbs.

Must have some common sense to use.
Came In a little black box with no instructions. 2 wrist straps, 2 ankle straps, 1 waist belt, 3 long resistance, bands and 2 small bands. Belt has 3 adjustment loops. If you are under a 30 waste in men's I'd suggest buying a female belt. The 3rd resistance band they give for the ankle to ankle resistance is way too big. You get your legs spread about shoulder width before it starts providing resistance. Which at that stage most of your movement you would be doing is already complete unless you are doing the splits or trying to kick in the air.You almost need the leg bands connected in order to use the arm bands properly for full range of motion use.The ankle straps seem poorly designed as you are limited in the adjustments you are able to make on the heel strap. I have my heel strap tightened all the way and it still feels loose enough the ankle straps pull into my calf's

One size does not fit all
I ordered the 300 lb particularly for working the legs, the waist band is too big maybe for someone 250lbs or more. The wrist bands are way too small for regular wrists. The foot bands are just right for someone who's legs aren't built yet like mine but for a bodybuilder or MMA this wont do, too small. Great concept but needs tweaking on the waist band, "one size does not fit all." You makers need to specify waist size and wrist size. I wont be returning them because I have a sewing machine and I'm going to modify them to my needs. On a 1-10 scale, I give it a 5.

Fun while it lasted 😥
I owned this product and put so much work and hours into it from late March to yesterday (August 6th) when the right band snapped during my workout. For the record I do not regret purchasing this item because of this issue. It has (had) durable material and a good resistance to it and guaranteed to make you sore the next day after using it for 30 minutes. It made cardio fun to do, if I did not want to run on my elliptical machine. Also made my punches, kicks, knees, faster and was fun while it lasted. I do of course plan on getting another one.
