Hardware Resources Door Mount Kit for CAN-EBM Series, Polished Chrome

I changed my trash cabinet to make it a pull out and it is working as expected. Took some time to install but overall it is good.

Worked perfectly with my Lowes trash can project. Box says 11 minutes but it took my hubby 3 hours.

This made my regular cabinet door into an easy slide in/out trash can cabinet. Kinda expensive, but love the convenience

Bought to convert my older cabinet pull out basket from a two step process to a one motion effort. Previous hardware required opening door then pulling out trash cans. Attached hardware to cabinet door, drilled screw holes in existing slide and attached door hardware to slide. Husband had to figure out how to attach to existing slide and drill holes in slide. Left existing side pull hardware on door and installed matching hardware pull on top of cabinet doors. Perfect!

I had my kitchen remodeled a couple of years ago. The hinges on my cabinets are very cheap. The cabinet door for our garbage kept falling off due to the hinges breaking. After replacing them three times I decided enough was enough. I found this and mounted the door on and it's perfect! Installation was a little tricky only because I don't door things like this often. My first measurements were off but got it on the second try. I do have to retighten the screws occasionally because they come loose and then the door won't shut all the way. But I'd much rather tighten a couple screws then have my cabinet door falling off all the time.

I thought this would be pretty easy to install but after installing the garbage base frame (which took 5 min), trying to get the cabinet door mount attached took over 2 hours and still did not work. You can tell the designers never tried to assemble it themselves. The holes for attaching the door hardware to the sliding base did not line up at all. Tried to make it work but finally gave up. The bottom of the cabinet door was uneven by about 2 inches from the base of the cabinet because the hardware holes did not line up to secure it. Instructions were barely readable. Do not waste your time with this.

Front of the metal "L" bracket was very tight to the slideout trash frame and had a some difficulty in installing it smoothly. "U" cut out needed to be slightly larger for the frame.

Ordered brackets to attach to door. Wish it came with them.
