Arrived quickly intactPackaged excellent - no dings or bendsI've included the directions - but you can basically put the add on accessories anywhere that you're most comfortable with.The drainage system ( little spout ) pops out of place easily when you move the drainer around. Very easy to reposition.I am ok with the size as there are only 2 of us and I seldom have big pans.Be aware of measurements - ( especially if you have overhead cabinets) but it can be used without the top portion. But then realize it will have very limited space.The table wear holder can be used with or without the knife insert - which I like. But if you have a lot of items and it's on an outside rim it will topple over.Overall, for my needs it works well, but for a bigger family I Would not recommend.But - I love the looks of the crisp white drainer on my counter top.

This dishdrainer was definitely a good find. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the top rack would fall down. It was great. No leaks. I was able to store a lot of dishes.

Pretty good overall. I found that when out together, it doesn’t match the picture. The cups & cutting board hang at the ends of the top rack, & the utensil holder is either at the far or closer side of the bottom rack. So, I still use a mat underneath to catch the few drops from cups on the side, but it performs as expected. Wish there were a bit more clearance for pots & pans, but I can generally finagle around silverware easily enough (I put my utensil holder closer to the sink to minimize water dripping into my floors).

Small but mighty. Small base but the extra rack on top and side hangers for cutting boards and cups helps hold more. In a humid area so rust is a problem and this is coated so I think it will last. Drain at the bottom that you can turn any direction into your sink.

This dish rack is much smaller than I anticipated. It can not hold an abundance of dishes. It's cute, but I'm still trying to decide whether I like it or not for it's sole purpose. The holder for cups and glasses have to be light weight or else it will tilt over. AND the water drips on the outside of the rack when hanging up the cups/glasses, making you have to wipe off your counter. The holder for other things (cuttting board, etc.) is not sturdy either.

Our dishwasher broke and with kids filling the sink non stop we needed a dish rack so we can hand wash dishes , utensils, cups, and pots and pans.Assembly was very simple and took minutes and product is strong to hold a lot of fragile dishes / cups.Very happy with this purchase!

I live in an apartment with a small kitchen and very little counter space. I used to set dishes on a towel to dry but I would have to stack them so I would have to go back and flip and rotate them for everything to dry. This is great because it is two levels so I can put lots of dishes on it. I dinged it one star because it can be a little confusing to put together at first.
