Product cooling & hot is gd but if u keep on the pain area of body part it have to hold the bag gel weight that's the problem remaining all god nice

Kind of okay, not worth the value, but okay, it only stays cool for 5 mins max despite freezing it all day.

Its inability to maintain cold for a reasonable duration renders it ineffective and NOT worth the purchase.
