Dorman 47057 PCV Elbow Compatible with Select Dodge / Jeep Models

Most of the parts listings at auto parts stores have the wrong part number listed for the REAR CCV elbow for a 2006 Jeep TJ. This is the one you need. If your Jeep idles high because you put the wrong elbow in, change it out to this one.

The item fit perfectly

Replaced the valve cover, pcv elbows, hoses, and grommets at the same time while bored in quarantine. Only complaint is that the oem elbow was not as tall, but was longer. So when I went to put the valve cover back on with this elbow installed, it didnt clear the top of the engine bay. Removed it and then reinstalled after fitting the valve cover. Also the rubber 1/2" hose section to connect to the elbow was a tad short because this elbow was not as long as oem. Still sealed though. Definitely recommend.

Overall I am happy after it is installed. The old one deteriorated trying to remove it. After the top elbow broke off I used a pair of vice grips to remove it. Also don’t forget to get the grommet. You may as well replace it while you are there.

This Product worked well. It was replace with a new TPS to fix a hunting fault in the engine. Would rev up and down on its own. Fast delivery and good value for money.

Perfecto ajuste

Fits perfectly well on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler 4.0l. I waited until the engine bay was hot from a long drive, and with some care and attention it came out - I used a screwdriver inserted into the elbow to get the leverage I needed (being very careful to not break it). The old one was badly gunked up, so i am guessing that having a clear airway can only be a positive thing.This product is a good quality replacement. I recommend it.
