Good sealing - easy to apply.
I haven't used the tube Amazon just sent me - but I have used Dap Kwik Seal over the years. It applies easy, smooths out nice, sticks well and has lasted in my bathroom for years (one place I can see how its held up over time). The squeeze tube is handy especially for small jobs as opposed to the tube used with a caulking gun. Can't go wrong.

Easy to Apply
Needed this to repair a few nail holes in the wall, as well as other gaps that were bothing me. It was very easy to apply. Also, use a light grit sandpaper and paint and it responded well!
