I’ve heard good things about TUDCA and after doing my research and actually finding out that it does it’s job I’ve decided to try it, I think my liver could do with some extra help after being under pressure from all the unhealthy food and drink I’ve been consuming. I was quite pleased to find this product at reasonable price as tudca can be quite expensive and plus with all the extra liver friendly ingredients like artichoke and chicory etc is a great buy! I feel great, the gut and bowels are feeling good too if you know what I mean ;) Tablets are tasteless and easy to swallow and only two a day needed. My liver is definitely grateful. Would definitely recommend this product purely because of those extra ingredients and a reasonable price.

I’ve been on a mission this last year to improve overall health. This has sent me on a keto lifestyle which I aim to pursue lifelong, and, it had been recommended that I start using a Tudca based product to improve normal bile function. I’ve used the product for a little over a month at the time of writing this review. The only negative effect which may (or may not) have been associated with the product was an unusual reaction after taking the recommended daily serving (2 capsules): a sharp lower gastric pain followed by a period where I almost blacked out. This was short lived, and never repeated again, as I have since only taken a single tablet before my evening meal. One capsule is still a strong dose and most likely required for most people. Understand that my lifestyle may be different to yours and there may have been other mitigating factors affecting this episode. It’s hard to say if taking this single capsule dose has had any noticeable benefits at this point. One thing I’ve felt is a very pleasant sensation radiating from my left shoulder blade - to mid back: an area I normally have a lot of pain! This seems higher than the area in the body where the gall bladder/ liver sits. My understanding is that this is a product you’d need to take long term to see improvements in overall health, but, this may be a sign of anti-inflammatory properties. I’ve recently had routine blood work taken at my GP practice. I intend to get this repeated in a few months time to search for improvement. The tablets are not huge so most people should have no trouble swallowing them. They don’t have any flavour to them. I think the ingredients are mostly naturally occurring and not synthetic. I also think the price is reasonable for the strength you’re getting here. They are worth giving a go but I would stick to one tablet per day as the dose is higher than normal. I’ll follow up the review if I notice any differences or when I get repeat blood work back.

The impact Tudca has had on me is quite beyond description. I take it whenever I experience digestive discomfort, and the sense of ease it brings to my system is remarkable. I would recommend it without hesitation.

I purchased this product after extensive research into all TUDCA capsules from various brands. I spent days researching every product and brand and settled on this one, which I am very glad I did! I bought them as a recommendation to ease symptoms of my psoriasis, and it worked extremely well. I am very pleased with this product, it made me feel good and assisted in maintaining my keto related died, in order to ease my psoriasis. The redness and patches started to slowly disappear during the month I took this supplement and I would recommend it to other psoriasis sufferers, to ease symptoms. In addition I noticed a general feeling of greater wellness, and a lack of stomach aches which are connected to my psoriasis. This product was also one of the best value for money TUDCA products, and I also chose to buy this product as the ingredients are natural. I found them tasteless and easy to swallow. I will definitely be buying this again!

With supplements. i don't always see results but TUDCA has been exceptional. I like this one because it does not contain animal parts/is vegan (i have seen a few others that use chicken gall bladders for TUDCA!), and has natural ingredients such as artichoke extract and milk thistle. The use of humic and fulvic acids is also very interesting. I have felt a cleansing effect in my tummy (sometimes a gurgling sensation, like a sink is being unclogged and drained), followed by big trips to the bathroom, like something is definitely being cleaned out. I have also felt a sensation in my brain, like there is a possible cleansing action there too but i cannot be sure. I feel less bloated, cleaner, more energetic and healthier and also more positive. People have said how well i look. I felt like there were some temporary improvements to my eyesight for some days or possibly weeks, but it didn't stay. I will have to see how things go. Tudca is definitely something that i want to continue using in the future. Until i tried Tudca, I had no idea how important the liver function was to one's overall health. For me, TUDCA is a 'game changer'.

The product does exactly as wanted and expected. Packet comes with 60 tablets, enough to last me two months, one per day is plenty no need to take anymore, good value for money when compared to other suppliers. Unlike other tablets and supplements, I have taken in the past tablets are easy to swallow with no taste either when in the mouth, or after being swallowed. Great product, good company will buy again.

Do not take no more than half a capsule as I took 1 capsule it made me feel very unwell so I recommend to anyone to follow this advice I have No gallbladder and I’ve been using tauroursodeoxycholic since I had my gallbladder removed and helps with digestion and lots of other things as well like you can have a high fat meal instead of following a low-fat diet so this is my only purpose why are use these These are far the cheapest eight on the market at the moment these will potentially last you two months as mentioned above only use half capsule a day with a high fat meal

I'm yet to make myself an opinion on the long term effects of Tudca as I've just been using it for 3 weeks and one can see significant results only as from the second/third month of use. This being said, it clearly has an action on the gallblader/liver. For the 2 first weeks of use, I felt a tension in my right lower rib cage after taking the product. This tension is now gone. Also the product is very concentrated and I'd advise to take 1 pill first per day. If you have no noticeable effect, then move to 2 as advised on the product note. This thing will trigger a lot of bile to be released, so it might generate "flushes" if you take too much. As for the flavour, there is none. It's easy to swallow and it seems to be the best price for your buck. I took it in a packaging of 3 to have a long term cure and I'm really curious to see its effects. Stay tuned.
