This set is very useful and very easy to use, Everything is ready to put together. Not bad as home made Japanese onigiri, perfect for fast snack.

The kit comes with one mold, one seasoning jar (kimchi flavor and NOT the salmon pictured), 2 microwave rice, one package of full sized seaweed sheets, one package of ten rice ball sheets. I did not automatically get the PDF instructions on how to make the rice balls, I had to request them. Once I got them, they were pretty clear, though only one page. This kit is a nice idea, but I thought the price was kind of high for what you get, currently at twenty eight dollars. (Materials I am guesstimating cost about twenty dollars if you go to the grocery store.) The ebook could have more ideas on what else to put in the rice balls.Each microwave rice can make 2 rice balls, so you can make 4 with this kit. The rice ball sheets look like half sheets of seaweed that come with cellophane that fits one rice ball shape. I am guessing the second package of full sheet seaweed is so you can cut it in half yourself and either reuse the cellophane or saran wrap to make more balls? You would need to buy more sushi rice to make additional balls after the 4. I would have liked more specific instructions that told what to do with the specific components of the kit instead of guessing how they come to together. Make give some suggestions what kind of rice to buy or supply enough rice to make at least 10 balls instead of the second pack of seaweed?

Makes nice rice balls and the recipes are useful when just starting out.
