Great quality product! The wood finish is beautiful and natural looking, and makes it easy to clean. I haven't encountered any issues with leaking, it has worked flawlessly out of the box. The light colors and brightness are easily controllable with Homekit and Siri, making it remotely controllable anywhere if you have a home hub (compatible Apple TV, HomePod) if you forgot to turn it off when leaving. The noise level is barely audible, you really only hear water dripping once the reservoir is close to empty. It's so great that I bought 2 more, 1 for my living room and home office. 10/10 recommend!

This is smaller than I expected. You want to place it on a table next to you if you are resting or watching TV. Would be nice on your desk. It looks great and the led lights are awesome. Works well with the oils I am using. As long as you follow the instructions the smell will not be overwhelming, but a gentle smell which I love. This is a smart device as well. Works well with Apple Home which I love so I can control it and the led lights with my iPhone and iPad.

Great smart diffuser with handy app and voice control features. The mist is fine, quiet, and lasts all night. I love the customizable lights and scheduling options. Took a bit of setup with Wi-Fi, but once connected, it works perfectly!

This is the least expensive option from the Meross company. I bought it by mistake, thinking is was a smart/remotely controllable version. It works perfectly and I'm keeping it! Placed in the kitchen and loaded with citrus based oils. No complaints!

Firstly, the product arrived used with damaged packaging and smelling like scented oil. The only reason I purchased this item was because of its claimed compatibility with Apple HomeKit. It was a pain to get it to integrate with HomeKit and the functionality was very limited. This item looks and feels very cheap and poorly made. I used it for one week and it quit working entirely. It’s like something you would find in a dollar store. I exchanged it for a Govee and am very happy I did. MUCH better quality product for only a few $ more.

Was looking for a diffuser for my office. This one came up in the search for a very competitive price with the ability to connect it to my Apple Home automation network. Seemed like a no brainer. It connected to Homekit without any problems. It gives you the ability to control the output of mist at different intensities as well as control the intensity and color of the LED light that is built into it. Have been using it for awhile now without any issues. I use distilled water and mix in a few drops of essential oils that we purchased for use with it seems to fill the room with the scent (and humidity) fairly quickly. Feel very good about my purchase.

I ordered this product after seeing a very positive review on a popular website that I trusted. I wanted to get this for my wife who likes to have an essential oil diffuser on her side of the room. After placing the order and receiving the product I tried getting it set up in HomeKit. At first the device was recognized by the Meross app and everything looked like it was going to work and then I got an error. After trying for a few days resetting the device and trying to get it into HomeKit I emailed support who provided me the same instructions I had been using previously. After a few more emails they provided a link for those who use Eero devices (NOTE: if you use Eero for your router and use HomeKit stay away from Meross devices). I then followed the Eero SPECIFIC troubleshooting step without success and shortly after that every time I reset the diffuser it was no longer recognized by the Meross app, let alone adding it to HomeKit. I finally gave up trying to use the "Smart" features and then tried using it as a plain essential oil diffuser until one day I picked it up to clean it and the exterior began chipping and flaking in my hand. Another set of emails to Meross customer support telling them I wanted a replacement or a refund, preferably a refund, led me to another round of "troubleshooting" emails. With ever response back to Meross I let them know I did not want to troubleshoot the product that was slowly molting on my wife's nightstand and that I wanted a refund. The last email I got from Meross completely ignored what I have been asking for since the second round of emails and provided yet ANOTHER list of steps to perform to get the "smart" features working. Don't waste your money or your time on Meross products if you use Eero and HomeKit, it'll only cause frustration. --- Update 04/06/2023 --- After firing off some not too polite emails to Meross they have agreed to send me a replacement for testing. If something positive comes of it I will update again. I now give this product two stars, but barely, because Meross has agreed to take some steps to resolve the issue. --- Update 04/30/2023 --- I received a replacement and have successfully been able to add the device to HomeKit and the Meross app. I have updated my review to three stars since I have been issued a replacement and was able to get it added to HomeKit.

Ich habe den Aroma Diffuser gekauft, weil wir in unserem Wohnzimmer hin und wieder mal rauchen. Der Geruch von kaltem Rauch am nächsten Morgen ist allerdings nicht der Bringer. Da ich neuerdings ein Fan von Smart Home Geräten bin, bin ich sehr schnell auf den der Marke meross gestoßen. Meross kenne ich schon von smarten Steckdosen und bin ein Fan von ihnen. Nachdem ich nun also den Diffusor und ein Starterset an ätherischen Ölen geordert habe, war ich auch schon startbereit. Erstmal zum Äußeren: Die Holzoptik mit kleinen weißen Flächen wirkt edel und modern. Durch die weißen Flächen kommt die eingebaute RGBW-LED zum Scheinen, aber sehr schön dezent. Auf einem Tisch oder einem Regal wirkt der Diffusor im ersten Moment ziemlich wuchtig mit seinen Maßen, jedoch gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell daran und er „verschwindet“ in der Einrichtung. Das relativ lange Kabel hilft dabei, ihn sehr flexibel aufstellen zu können. Das Oberteil ist abnehmbar, da es lediglich der „Aerosolauslass“ ist. Ohne Deckel besteht das Unterteil aus einer Mulde für das Wasser und ätherisches Öl und außen aus zwei Knöpfen für einerseits „LED“ und andererseits die Reihenfolge „starkes Sprühen-leichtes Sprühen-aus“. Die Einrichtung: meross Geräte sind sehr einfach und ziemlich gleich einzurichten. Das Gerät wird mit dem Strom verbunden. Dann nutzt wählt man das „+“ in der meross App und folgt den zwei oder drei Anweisungen: mit dem WLAN Netzwerk des Geräts verbinden, Pairing abwarten, Netzwerkschlüssel des eigenen WLAN eingeben und fertig. Ich habe ein iPhone, die Google Home App und die meross App. Dazu kurz ein paar Punkte: der Smart Diffusor, den ich habe, ist nicht Apple HomeKit geeignet. Ich mag es, die meross App zu benutzen und kann darüber sehr einfach und nativ alle Geräte steuern. Die Google Homeapp nutze ich auch, weil ich noch ein paar andere smarte Steckdosen anderer Hersteller habe und die in unserer Wohnung mit einer weiteren Person teile. Schade ist hier, dass man in der meross App keine weitere Person zu einem Haushalt hinzufügen kann. Weiterhin schade ist, dass in der Google Homeapp zwar Personen zu einem anderen Haushalt hinzugefügt werden können, aber dort die Steuerung des Smart Diffusor nicht so intuitiv ist, wobei das wahrscheinlich eher an Google und der Implementierung als an meross liegt. Die Sprachsteuerung mit Alexa habe ich ausprobiert und funktioniert auch, davon bin ich allerdings kein Fan - auch weil ich nicht noch eine App haben möchte. Nach dem Einrichten habe ich mit dem mitgelieferten Messbecher (mit Skala) Wasser in das Reservoir gefüllt und dazu ein wenig des Öls. Vermischen muss man es nicht, sondern einfach den Deckel (das Oberteil) drauf und das Gerät einschalten. Sofort kommt ein feiner Aerosolnebel in Form einer leichten Rauchschwade oben raus und der Duft des Öls ist wahrnehmbar. Wichtig ist hier, dass das Aerosol nicht heiß ist, sondern die Zerstäbung mittels nicht hörbarer Schallwellen funktioniert. Dadurch verbraucht der Diffusor nicht viel Energie und ist sehr leise. Ein leichtes Summen ist bis ca 1m Entfernung zu vernehmen. Deutlich lauter ist ein Plätschern, dass durch das „Herunterregnen“ von Wassertropfen an der Innenwand des Oberteils erzeugt wird. Es hat eine fast hypnotisch schöne Wirkung. Sollte alles Wasser verbraucht sein, schaltet der Diffusor automatisch ab - behält aber das LED-Licht noch an. Der Smart Diffusor hat zwei Einstellungen: leichtes und starkes Sprühen. Im leichten Versprühen werden ca. 40ml/Stunde verbraucht. Dadurch breitet sich ein subtiler Duft langsam im entsprechenden Zimmer (bei uns: 20qm) aus. Das starke Sprühen verbraucht 60ml/Stunde und ist sehr schnell und umfassend wahrnehmbar. Also je nachdem, wie stark das Duftaroma sein soll. Nach einigen Tagen kann ich bereits sagen, dass ich den Diffusor nicht missen möchte und Freunde von uns waren auch schon sehr neidisch! Für den Preis kann man definitiv nichts falsch machen, vor allem weil die Qualität auch stimmt. Zwei kleine Nachteile habe ich allerdings auch (für mich sind sie aber ziemlich vernachlässigbar, da sie mich nicht beeinträchtigen, aber der Fairness halber): Der Deckel ist nur auf das Unterteil aufsetzt, es gibt keine Verriegelung. Da könnte schnell mal was auskippen. Schön wäre es in der meross App eine weitere Person Zugang zu den Smart Home Geräten zu geben. Aber insgesamt: für mich 5 Sterne wert und ich habe den Smart Diffusor nach wenigen Stunden in mein Herz geschlossen und genieße nun viele kleine „Kurzurlaube“ auf der Couch mit geschlossenen Augen und einem neuen Duft!

Funciona perfecto con Homekit, se integra bastante facil a la app. Se pueden hacer horarios y rutinas para que encienda y apague automatico.

Llegó en tiempo y forma, antes de lo previsto, bien empacado y en todo en perfectas condiciones. Es muy fácil de montar y gracias a la integración con HomeKit, también es muy fácil de configurar. Ya lo he probado y funciona perfectamente, lleno el depósito un par de veces utilizando el vaso medidor incluido de 150ml y con unas 10 gotas de aceite esencial huele muy bien mi habitación. Tiene dos modos de intensidad h en cuanto a la luz se puede apagar o prender independientemente de que esté humidificando, sin embargo no es tan brillante. No soy tan fan el color “chocolate”, me gustaría que hubiera más variedad de colores pero igual luce moderno y cumple con su propósito. Lo recomiendo mucho con relación al precio.
