The quality is not same as it shows in the picture. The fur cloth is not very good quality, the holes for nails are not in the right place. Different from the product picture.Plus points… the design is one of a kind and it’s very good for the cat to hide and be warm. The box cloth is removable so can be washed. Installation is easy. The scratch pole is good.

The product is nothing like the picture. Normally, it's supposed to be a rigid, solid item with velvet coating. That's how I see in the picture and also the real product sold everywhere else including overseas. But this one was just low quality made with sponge coating not actual velvet. Such a waste of money!

It came within 2 daysIt is super easy to assemble even if you have any problem they have customer support that too through video call which is very nice.
