This has worked so well to get our 8 month old puppy to listen. This is the second collar we have had to purchase, first one from a different company, and this collar is so much easier to charge. We are just having to beep our dog to remind her to listen. Also, love the flashlight on the hand controller. Very happy with this purchase!

Would have gave this shock collar five stars but due to poor contact when an issue arose it gets one I contacted well attempted to with an email since it says a 1 year warranty and i purchased in sept 2017 and tried to email a few weeks ago and still no response when I try to turn on after charging the green light stays on and will not work and have tried a few different things but nothing so like I said when it worked would have gave 5 stars but when customer service rising there I would give no stars if that was a option

Originally, it worked well. But now, almost 3 months later, it doesn't shock at all. Still beeps and vibrates, but no shocking.

I love this collar but it only lasted about 3 months. I did purchase a new one and will hope this one lasts longer.

Our dog developed a horrific rash from the plastic collar. Since it is probably made in China there is no telling what kind of chemicals are in it. It took over two weeks for the rash to heal. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Easy to operate, fast charging and effective 3 collar remomte.

So far I have only needed to used the vibration but it's good to know I have choices in case it's needed.

After first operation, receiver no longer worked (at all).
