Did not arrive in time for the intended purpose as listed on the product listing, but did receive it. The necklace is very dainty, which I love. The chain is a little shorter than I imagined, so it is more a choker than a necklace for my girlfriend. Affordable, but decent quality!

Edited August 2024: upping to 5 stars. I have worn this daily since March and while it is very delicate and light, it has held up to daily wear, beach/pool/showers/workout/activities etc.See new pics uploaded showing this is a quality piece and truly worth the spend.I opted for the solid gold version which is very pretty. The script is clean, and there are no uneven or flawed edges on the script.I have wanted an updated Carrie necklace for years, and the modern script is just enough to set it apart from standard name necklaces.However for 200 bucks I would have liked a bit more weight/heft. I fear it is going to have a high risk of becoming snagged and the chain snapped on many types of jackets, sweaters, limiting the wearability and honestly, I was looking for an everyday piece that I could pretty much put on and leave it on (which is why I opted for the solid gold version.) It's just too thin/flimsy for daily wear.I'm keeping it because it is quite pretty and I like the modern script but my search continues for an everyday gold chain.

I've wanted a gold name necklace for a long time. I didn't want gold over silver so this necklace is exactly what I was looking for. The price wasn't bad considering the price of gold now. It's something I'll have forever. The script is beautiful and I rarely take it off.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this over others for the solid 14k gold. I was afraid gold over wouldn't last with constant wear.

It’s literally not worth the money. I’ve seen better quality pieces for less. It’s cute but not durable. One came with discoloration and another came bent. I would not recommend.

Was thinking of getting a friend a special birthday gift and this idea came to mind... That is exactly what I imagined in my head before coming here to buy something. it's not too thick, not too bulky, but at the same time not too thin or flimsy. Feels metallic to touch and has some weight to it (i.e. it's proper). Hopefully, they will like it as much as I do. 40$ is a bit on the pricier end, but I'd say it's worth it totally. I couldn't find any alternatives matching the simplicity and intricacy of the necklace at the same price. Would totally recommend. The only negative thing I could say is probably the chain - it's just the most average cheap chain, but okay... Overall its a decent necklace. 5 stars

The necklace is fine but it came apart. I opened the box and the necklace was in two pieces thankfully it was an easy fit but still what the hell :(
