This didn't come with the batteries as described, so I let Amazon know, and they refunded the entire cost of the product! Not only that, but the seller contacted me and offered to send me a whole other collar as an apology for the mistake. I've got to give it to both Amazon and ZenDoggo. They understand customer service. While my goal certainly wasn't to get a free collar, never mind two, I appreciate the efforts.On to the collar itself. We have three dogs, and one tends to get the others riled up and crazy. This is the one I got the collar for, as she's very responsive to noise and vibration and we've never needed to or wanted to shock her. It works. The beep alone is really off-putting to her and she stops. This is only after the first day. I would love to try the second collar they're sending me on my other barky dog, but he's a 100lb mastiff/shepard mix and sound has never worked with him, but we'll see.

So far, this is doing the trick. We've only had it on our dog for a couple hours this week. He's one that likes to bark if the wind blows. We wanted something to redirect his attention, but not shock him. This seemed to do the trick.On his first bark with the collar on as someone walked down the road, the double-beep sounded (it sounds a little like his invisible fence collar, but not as high-pitched) and gave a vibrate on his second. He darted to my wife to sit by her feet with a look of "what the hell was that?" but the barking stopped. We rewarded him for the good behavior.So, first impressions are positive, and I plan to add more to this as the training goes on.

This product is quite interesting that it actually stops the barking of all my dogs. Did quite a few test from my small shih tzu to my big 115 lb german husky. The ZenDoggo uses a loud beep following with a vibration that seems to create a habit of the dog to stop barking.Only a few criticisms come to mind:- If there was a way to remove the beeping on the device and just have the vibrations.- Instructions of the device on how it works should be more clear on the device.- That Beep though- Batteries died in like 1 monthOtherwise this product has impressed me and would like to see how future products look.If there was a way to give a 4.5 / 5 I would just small stuff that the actual device can improve on which would create a solid 5/5.

I've had the quietest dog in the neighborhood since he began wearing the ZenDoggo Anti Bark Collar (no shock safe) almost two months ago. I have given this product a five star review because it worked beautifully initially; however, when the initial battery died and was replaced with a new one, the collar no longer works at all. The battery is good (it beeps when installing) but once the case is reassembled, it apparently will not maintain contact. I'm very disappointed. There are no lights (at least they do not work) to indicate the device is operating properly nor any way to test it without the dog wearing it. This was purchased on Sept 18. We've done everything we can do to make it work including at least five tries reinstalling the battery. I have not contacted ZenDoggo yet so I am still hoping to find an answer.Update: Great customer service! ZenDoggo responded immediately and sent replacement collars at no charge.

I have an American Eskimo dog who is very reactive and extremely loud, especially when delivery people come to the house. I had tried everything, from attempting to redirect him with treats and praise to using a can filled with coins to quiet him, but nothing consistently worked, especially since I knew he was barking when I was not at home and there were no repercussions. I purchased this collar with low expectations since he is so reactive but this thing has made such an incredible difference. I've had it on him for 3 weeks and he rarely triggers the second beep; most times he doesn't even trigger the first beep! When the mailman would come to the door before, he would bark like mad for about 30 seconds; now the mailman only gets a handful of growls and small barks, usually nothing loud enough to set off the collar. This is one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made and would 100% recommend it to anyone with an obnoxiously loud dog.

The ZenDoggo Anti Bark Collar has helped my dog understand that barking at people and other dogs isn't necessarily a good thing. He's slowly easing into this, and you can tell that he realizes that he has been warned after the first two initial beeps. I also really appreciate that this is NOT a shock-collar, as I'm afraid of the pain or anxiety that it can cause any dog.Now, the reason why I took 2 stars off, is that when a dog barks near my dog, the collar goes off. There are some really vocal dogs at the park, and since my dog is understanding not to bark, the other dogs are penalizing him when he's around them. From my understanding, this is only supposed to beep or vibrate when the dog wearing the collar barks. I don't know if there's a way to really fix this, as dogs can bark really loudly next to my pup. Please try and work on this.

I have a chihuahua and a chihuahua/minpin mix - they bark... a lot. Rather, they did bark a lot before getting the ZenDoggo collars. They were easy to get the batteries into the collars (even came with an extra battery) and easy to get on the dogs.Right away the dogs quickly learned not to bark as the monotone sound quickly activates and the dogs respond quickly by not continuing to bark. If they continue to bark there is a light vibration that kicks in, but only if the barking continues.I had them wear it for a week and recently took it off to give them a bath. Even after it not being on the dogs barked less than usual even without the ring/tone - I guess Pavlov was on to something with the bell ringing after all... (if you don't get the reference look it up).Overall, the collars are of high quality and work exactly as described and far better than my expectations. This product is WELL WORTH the money.
