This gown is so flattering and has a beautiful sparkle to it! I’m a curvy size 14, and 5’2”….I ordered it in the black, the navy, and the purple in a 14P. It fit great with some light shapewear underneath. Kept the navy. Loved the purple too, but the sequins on it are a bright silver that I didn’t like. The black and the navy have matching sequins that are very subtle.The quality and price for this gown are terrific! Very happy with my purchase.

This dress is very flattering with the ruching around the midsection. It was the perfect length on me - I am 5'7". The material is stretchy and very comfy. It is also very wrinkle proof. I was not impressed with how the dress was packaged - it wasn't even folded. I would say it was more balled up into the bag. Still, the dress didn't care - it came out wrinkle free! I did end up returning it because I needed to match a tie to it for my husband, and I could not. What is buff? It isn't beige, it isn't gold, it isn't pink.... Maybe it is a taupe. I couldn't figure it out. Maybe Alex Evenings should sell matching ties!

This is a highly forgiveable fancy dress. It stretches over every lump and has a flattering slit that gives it a sexy look while still letting you wear your own regular bra and underwear- nothing strapless or stomach smushing. The sequins do fall off and there are some loose threads, but overall it’s a sturdy fabric and that’s good since it’s long enough that even at 5’9” in heels I was dragging the dress. If you’re at an outdoor event, prepare to discover a lot of woodsy debris is attached to the dress by the end of the night. It is a great fabric for wadding up in your carry on and then sliding into right before your party and looking like a solid $900,000 - you don’t want to upstage anyone. I’m very pleased to have this dress in my closet!

This is a beautiful dress and fit very well. The sequins make the dress. I am mother-of-the-groom and honestly thought the dress would draw too much attention to me so I did not wear it to the wedding but another event I would have.

The quality was great. The stitching was great. Fit great. The fabric was very pretty not having to worry about wrinkles. It was easy to throw on over my head without any help. BUT the lining stuck on my undergarments and refused to lay smoothly. I had to fight with it after putting it on then again after walking out to show my husband. Fabric choice for the lining needs to change. If that’s a nonissue for you then it’s a great dress!

I lost count of how many dresses I tried on for my son's wedding, and am I ever glad I picked this one. The comfort of the dress far surpassed any other I tried, yet it was extremely elegant. I couldn't believe all the compliments I received.I would highly recommend!

bought size 10 for my 38 -34- 36 figure and its perfect comfortable and will be an excellent MOG dress at a rustic setting this fall
