Q: Is this large enough for a zeagle bcd full suit and reg set?will this be dripping if loaded with wet gear?

I fit backplate and wing, regulator set, hood, dry gloves, two masks, dsmb/reel, gas analyser, handheld light, strobe in the bag with room to spare. Yes, it does drip if loaded with wet gear - it’s not intended to be waterproof.

Q: Does this bag have drain holes in the base to allow water to drain after wet gear is put inside?

No the bottom is solid with no holes. The outside is like a canvas with a solid plastic liner on the inside of the canvas stuff.

Q: I just received this backpack and it’s huge. Do airlines really allow this as a carry-on? I wouldn’t want to have to check it with my fins outside.

Yes. I carry mine on all the time. It doesn't fit good in the overhead in the small commuters, but it does in the other planes. I have never been questioned about it with Delta, American, or United. I usually have to take off my fins for the small commuters. I fit ALL of my dive gear in my bag. They might lose my checked bag, but you can bet I will be diving with everything coming on board with me!
