So, I'm a 51 year old who's been paralyzed from the waist down since a 1992 train accident. That means 2 things: depression and a TON of pain. My pain meds work someday and others they do absolutely nothing. I was watching a Joe Rogan podcast and one of the comedians said they've been depressed. He tossed them a bottle and said "try this!" He talked about it for a little bit and I went directly to Amazon and bought a bottle of the pills. It helped a little bit. Then I saw the liquid form and figured before giving up I'd try it. It came in and I opened it immediately and put a full dropper in my mouth. The flavor is like soda without the water added. Not sugary, just the flavor. I didn't even have to wash it down. Within 5 minutes my back pain went from a 8/10 to a 1!! My prescription pain meds don't do that!! I've also noted that I'm happy again. I'm singing in the shower. Cracking jokes with my Grandkids again. I'm ME again. I keep it on my nightstand. I feel the pain coming and I take a dropper. Wake up feeling like a Monday, I take a dropper. It didn't mention pain relief but it helps me tremendously. I'm seriously shocked. Maybe the mood boost helps the pain. I don't know. What I do know is as long as they make this I'll have a bottle with me at all times. I read it also helps with sleep. I've had terrible insomnia since I was a kid. This has been helping a little too. If I take a little extra I can fall right to sleep and get 4 hours. I used to lay there for 2-3 hours and then get an hour of sleep. It also helps control appetite. I've noticed that right away. I'm not fridge hunting at 5am for a snack. Little by little this is changing my life. It's changing the way I look at life. I'm going outside again!! It's easy to swallow. Easy way to take 5-HTP. I was taking the capsules but since I also take a lot of medication and other supplements, I really wasn't too thrilled with taking more capsules. This is so easy to take and it taste good! I have noticed some improvement in my mood and I am sleeping better. Highly recommend trying this.

The product is definitely genuine and quite potent. I only take about a third of the recommended dose as taking a full dose sometimes caused a little stomach upset and flushing. no symptoms are common ly known as serotonin syndrome. that speaking of evidence that it is a truly powerful product that does exactly as advertised. that being said I do advise one to start with a smaller dose than recommended

I got this for my mom who refuses to take any kind of medication unless it’s a vitamin, supplements or naturally made. This helps with her mood so much. I could tell the difference immediately. She was agitated, anxious and on edge. Now we have good days. It is worth it!

I've been using this to help establish a better nighttime routine since I have a circadian rhythm disorder as well as trouble transitioning to bed because of autism, but I can't take pure melatonin because it makes me incredibly depressed for some reason. I started with 50mg per night and am now up to 100mg. I know everyone reacts to it differently, but I felt the effects right away. I also had better mood during the day right away. Now that I've acclimated to it a bit, I take 2 droppers of this at night to make me drowsy and then a sustained release tablet from another brand in the morning so I can be more alert during the day. I find it helps me get more done and it's easier to transition between tasks without as much effort. It's also easier to get out and go for a walk every morning. My ultimate goal is to use exercise to help regulate my sleep, but establishing that routine has been historically very difficult for me. This supplement helps a lot. I've been taking it for a couple weeks and haven't experienced any nausea from it yet, and the flavor of the drops is pleasant. My dropper does have measurement markings, but if you squeeze the bulb completely and let go, you'll get 1ml, so I'm not super concerned if future orders don't have the markers. The bulb itself is designed for a full dose measurement.

5HTP Liquid Drops need a dosage indicator but do work despite stomach issues. There is no dosage level on the dropper, but the directions say to use a dose. Kind of a pain. The flavor is okay and it does help my sleep but I have stomach weirdness with the drops. I may stop them.
