The media could not be loaded.  I am totally pleased with this gym product. It is clearly labelled. Easy to set, you can’t go wrong and the booklet explains every workout session. The material is durable as well. Basically it is a highly competitive product which i would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Given the price point, I was bit sceptical at first but after using it for a week now, I can say that these are definitely well made and sturdy.The various bands offers different levels of Resistance and the handles are made of soft non slip material.Worth every penny.

Bought these as they was on sale and at a pretty good price, the door anchor is very good as well as the free skipping rope, as for the resistance bands, they don't feel very accurate in what weight/resistance they claim to be, I've read a review about their kid using all bands for a chest exercise and I've done the same fairly easily, also the carabiner on the 60lbs is faulty and looks ready to fall apart, so I've stopped using that band.I did find that sometimes the more bands I used when using the handles, the more the carabiner would rub or catch my wrists making it slightly awkward and sometimes hurt/mark my wrists etcI'm now using bands from decathlon and there alot better quality and the resistance is also alot better then these!All I use out of this kit is the bag, door anchor and sometimes skipping rope.

It's a nice set of resistance bands. I probably won't use the skipping rope - even though I should! I'm not a big fan of the door-anchor but that's okay as I have a wood column in my living room attached to ceiling and buried into the foundations so I can just loop the bands around that to extend the variations of exercises. Nice touch to have each band marked in pounds and kilograms though, I have to say, the 12K dumb-bells at my gym are a heck of a lot weightier than the 18.5K resistance bands.Overall, good value for money.The manual isn't much use.

Tried these and they do the job they're made for.If resistance isn't enough simply add bands together.Comes with a skipping rope which i probably won't be using.

These have been a hood addition to my gym bags and hopefully don’t wore out. Love the idea that I can use them anywhere.

If you are one of those who can't make it to the gym to work out, these resistance bands are a nice non-committal way to keep in shape at home in your own time.These resistant bands range between 20lbs to 60lbs each, and using them all takes you to 200lbs at the maximum.Seem to be very durable - much better strength than some previous resistance bands that ended up snapping.However, due to that, I don't use the door anchor as I don't think my door would be able to withstand the force when pulling against the anchor.Comes with a skipping rope if you want to move around a bit more and get some cardio in.Good value at £24.99 - currently has a 15% voucher available, which knocks the price down to around £21.24.
