The mango flavor can be tasted but you’ll have a chalk tast in your mouth if you don’t chew them with water. They are easy and convenient to take since they are tablets. They give good amount of energy without the sugar crash or jitters.

These taste like a sweet tart. Only complaint is 4 tablets daily is a lot for 5 mg of Creatine. Use mostly for travel.
