Great product for us. Huge success for our baby. Worth the investment!!
Also the app is now completely free to all buyers. Update (latest): baby is now 3.5 months and after using Snoo for over two months now, baby is doing non stop 9 hours straight. He is very aware and calm throughout the day since he is well rested. Attaching a picture from Snoo app as well for latest three nights for reference. Super hit with our child. Update: 3 weeks in and our baby has just started hitting 5-6 hours on a stretch. He ill wake up but snoo will calm him and put to sleep under 5 minutes. We did however made few changes and Snoo alone won’t do magic. We started to keep him awake up until 8:00 PM or at least no sleep for 2-3 hours before 10 PM. This will be possible once your baby is well rested (not immediately after you get Snoo). After that baby does 5-6 hours of sleep and is still under 2 months. He will get up for 4-5 minutes. We do check his diaper but due to deep sleep he is so drowsy that after charging diaper, he is back to sleep in Snoo. SNOO is a hit with our first child and who is a month old. He is very fussy mostly due to gas and was not able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time. Crying was painful and me and my wife were not able to keep up with the our own sleep. We got this yesterday and within 48 hours we both are fully caught up on sleep. For our baby Snoo calms him down under 30 sec. He is already doing 3-4 hours sleep at a time without crying at all. We have to wake him up to feed or change his diaper and for the most part we can control our routine now. This is a game changer for us and we both are sleeping together 8-9 hours a night (with 2 breaks for feeding and diaper but no crying since he stays drowsy from deep sleep). I have read that this is a hit or miss. Luckily it’s a hit for us. Also our baby loves car rides and bumpy roads of Chicago and Snoo does similar with AI and softwares, So if your baby likes car rides, they may love Snoo. Looks very sleek and good build quality as well as the swaddle fabric is very soft and comfortable. It’s heavy and not easy to move around. Meant to be in one spot for most of the time. It’s only been 2 days so will update this in a month in case I don’t forget.

It lets us SLEEP - we'd buy it again even if the price tripled
The Snoo is amazing and makes a world of difference in allowing us to get sleep and to keep our baby well rested and happy. I think pretty much everyone who's used it agrees that it's amazing. The only negative reviews are about the price and when they started charging for the app, but the Snoo is still a great deal if you can afford it. The setup was incredibly easy, it's not too heavy, it looks nice, is safer for SIDS, blah blah blah - AND IT ALLOWS US TO SLEEP. The only reason not to buy the Snoo is the price. But you already know the price - the question is just whether it's worth spending the money for pretty much some guaranteed extra sleep. For us - the answer is definitely yes and we'd buy it again in a heartbeat, although it's so durable and reliable that probably won't be necessary.

For app to be useful must pay $19.99 for premium features.
The usefulness of the snoo really depends on the child. My first kid hated it, so it was a very expensive bassinet. My second kid doesn’t mind it. My problem is that originally the app let you track how long the snoo was on, how often it had to soothe the baby, and how long the soothing lasted. You could see how well the baby slept and it was helpful. Now they have “updated” the app and in order to see anything useful you have to pay $19.99/month for the “premium” features! I spent thousands of dollars on this and now they are exploiting us for more money. I am disappointed and super annoyed with this company. I am only continuing to use it with my kid because I already own it. I would never buy it again.

the MOST IMPORTANT baby item
After a month of sleepless nights with a newborn, we caved and bought the SNOO at 12:28 AM and it is hands-own the best middle-of-the-night purchase I've EVER made. We were starting with a baby that woke every 2-3 hours and was IMPOSSIBLE to get back to sleep after feedings. The first night with the SNOO our little man slept 5.5 hours, woke for a feeding (went RIGHT back to sleep) and then slept 5 MORE HOURS. We felt like new people! And it wasn't beginners luck! The next night, he slept 4 hours, woke for feeding, then slept for another 5 hours. By the third night, his longest stretch of sleep was 7 HOURS! We continued on like this (waking once for feeding) for a month and a half until last night.. ..our sweet baby slept for 10 HOURS! The whole night - all thanks to the SNOO. This is 100% a necessary purchase for those having a baby! I know it's expensive but it is SO WORTH THE MONEY. Sleep is priceless and if you're looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST BABY SHOWER GIFT ON THE PLANET, buy this. Run, don't walk. And if you're having a baby or trying for a baby, save up, do what you gotta do, and look for when it goes on sale because honestly, this bassinet is more necessary than pacifiers, diapers bags, and basically every baby item besides diapers tbh.

Just buy it!!!!
I know, you’re thinking do I really spend the money on this? Yes. You do. The good news is, they have sales all the time. Sign up for their texts and they have 30-40% off pretty frequently. I got mine on Black Friday at 40% off. It is easy to use, and my baby was in there from night 1 until 5 months old when I decided to move her to a crib. I only decided that because I’m going back to work soon and I wanted to acclimate her to the crib first. It was on weaning mode 2 weeks prior to that. This was my second kid, and I asked myself- how much money would I have spent to have had sleep? Well with this Snoo, I got decent little chunks at first (as compared to the 40 minutes of sleep at a time with my first) and then she slept through the night at 8 weeks with the occasional 4 am wake up. When she spent the night with grandma, this thing went with her. It also helped a lot with the anxiety of a newborn because it is very safe and made to adjust with them as they grow and makes it easy to ease them out of the Snoo. This brought me a lot of sanity in the newborn months, and lord knows that was worth every penny.

Bad for Twins, Don't Buy Early
The Snoo is expensive, and Snoo for twins is doubly expensive. However, I bit the bullet in the hopes of better sleep. If you are thinking of doing the same, you should know that Snoo does not work with twins on Android. You need two seperate devices, which even if you have two phones for some reason, it is such a pain to figure out who is crying, find the right device, and then soothe them. By then, they have already gotten really awake. And for all of you who (like me) will be doing nights alone, good luck! You can only use the app for one baby. Further, the app kept disconnecting. The support was awful. Every time I asked for help, I got a list of 8+ steps I needed to do before they would help me. These were complicated steps like taking a photo of the code on the bottom of the snoo, getting a video of the problem, and showing my online receipt. Then, the video length they want is too long to send in an email, but they won't help you unless you complete all of these steps. What new parent, especially with twins, has time to do all that? Finally, DO NOT BUY EARLY even for a sale. We had our twins several months after we bought our Snoo, because it was on sale then and because we were worried we would have premies. The support will only help you for exactly 6 months from your purchase, which for us was only after a few weeks of use. SO FRUSTRATING!

Snoo graduate review: It helped until it didn’t
We purchased the snoo on sale before our baby was born. We were blessed with a boy who has always been a pretty good sleeper. He was sleeping through the night by 8 weeks. It’s hard to say if he would’ve been without the snoo, because we did end up using the snoo for 4 months. Pros: I do feel like the snoo helped our already good sleeper sleep better. Baby was safe and could not roll over. The swaddles were easier to use than the hospital or other swaddles we were given. The snoo is aesthetically pleasing. The software and hardware worked as anticipated. But there are a few things that REALLY grinded my gears. Cons: Washability of the bassinet sucks. Our baby projectile pooped onto the side of the snoo (as well as the wall and carpet) just a few weeks in. To my great disappointment, there was no way to take the mesh side off to wash it. Cut to me scrubbing the side with a tooth brush trying to get newborn poop out from each tiny little mesh hole. The mesh also caught the Velcro of the swaddles all the time, damaging the mesh side by fraying them. Super annoying. And that brings me to my next gripe, the swaddles have tiny wings that you need to slide over clips to be able to start the snoo. The number of times we woke our kid up trying to get the wings on the clips is SO frustrating, still. The easiest way for us was to leave the swaddle clipped in and then secure the baby in the swaddle. The subscription is my next irk. You get 6 months free, which more than covered us for the period of use for our first kid. But most of the features we found most helpful are behind a paywall for kid 2. I get SaaS is the only way to run a business these days, but for $1800 I deserve core functionality without a subscription. Smells like greed. Finally my last gripe. Our kiddo started busting out of the swaddle at 3 months, which tipped us off that it was time to let him have his arms. But because the snoo is so small for our 17lb 4 month old, his hands rubbed on the sides which woke him up. We turned on weaning mode, which he did well with. The sack he was in was pretty tight and our kid was more mobile (even though he was in the correct size for his weight), so we transitioned to a pack and play. He goes to sleep well at home and at daycare, we’ve had no infamous sleep regression at 4 months, we probably won’t need to sleep train. And I think the snoo helped with some of this good sleeping. Conclusion: I can’t say the snoo wasn’t worth it or didn’t help. But I can say that both my husband and I were incredibly annoyed at the design flaws and subscription. We will use it for future kids, but will still be annoyed with its shortcomings and the shorter than expected period of use.
