Measure your jack before ordering.
I was hesitant to get this based on internet reviews but this was the only bike rack that i could find that would work for our camper setup. I we are about 1000 miles in on it and it is holding up great. I carry a ~20lb bike and a 30lb bike on it all the time and it has been secure. The only complaint that I have about it is that it does not fit around a lot of electric jacks so I had to go buy a new electric jack to fit it on my camper.

Safe and secure
This keeps the weight on the front of camper where it should be. And easy to load and take off by standing on tail gate of my truck.

Great bike rack for complicated bike hauling
For pop up campers with no ability to store bikes on the back of the camper, this is a great solution. It works well and still allows great clearance for the back of an SUV in turns. It also can work with an adapter to become a regular bike rack for the back of the car, which is great for driving to a trail from a camp site - it’s easy to remove the top part from the trailer.I did take off one star because the bikes are up high and can be difficult to hoist up and position. That is more a function of this type of rig than an issue with with this particular model. I also felt that the bottom posts can be a bit fussy to align to the wheels. It can also be slightly tricky to keep the two bikes from interfering with each other when first mounting them. But once you get used to it with your bikes you learn how to orient them after a few outings. The thing I really like is I still have access to my propane tanks and battery on the trailer. So it’s a trade off for the height issue. I did have to replace my trailer jack with a front cranking model instead of a top crank but that was easy. All in all this is a great solution (really one of the only ones I found) for taking bikes with a pop up trailer and I’m really happy with it. I’m fine with the compromises and it’s a lot easier to mount than a roof bike rack for the top of my SUV.

Best use of space for a travel trailer
I bought this to carry two bikes while pulling my 23' travel trailer. My trailer does not have a receiver hitch, so it was either the Jack-it or using bed space in my truck. The Jack-it has turned into a perfect solution, using space that nothing else what using! When does that ever happen when RVing? The Jack-it is super stable, because the tongue of the trailer has very little movement, and way less than the super bouncy back of the trailer. I can see the bikes all the time in my rear view mirror, and they barely move. No worries!ALSO! I bought the Bump-it receiver hitch adapter, so when we get to a camp site and we want to take the truck to a trailhead to go biking, the bike rack goes right onto the back of the truck. Like two bike racks in one. This is great for me, because the bed of my truck is loaded with my generator, sewer tote, other storage totes, my inflatable kayak, etc. I want all that stuff secure under my tonneau cover while I'm off biking. All-in-all, this is a great system if you have an LCI power tongue jack.Downside: You have to lift the bikes over your head to get them on the bike rack when it's mounted on the trailer. I actually bring a painters three step ladder to help me with that. One more thing for the back of the truck.

Needs refinement
OK. The summary on this thing is that it does what it says it will do with a great deal of difficulty and some risk of trailer damage when loading and unloading bikes.A few issues1. The official picture included on the Amazon sales page of the bikes on the trailer is fiction. It shows 2 lace loops holding the pedals to the bike mount, and those lace loops are not included or part of the directions. The official picture does not show the lower 'sway pins. that are used solely to keep the bikes from swinging and are not load bearing.2. The directions are a joke. They are half baked. The directions miss an entire step related to putting the mount together and placing pins and sway pins. In addition, the pictures incorrectly show the pads being spaced so that one pad on a given side is above a sway pin and the other pad is below the sway pin. Both pads will be together on both sides of the mount between the load bearing upper pin and the bottom sway pin.3. It is extremely difficult for me to load the bike that is closest to the trailer. The bike facing the trailer MUST be lifted over the bike rack (note that the height is well over the height of most SUVs) and very carefully lowered so that the bike wheels catch on the load bearing pin on the trailer side of the rack. If you have any thumb arthritis, any soreness in your rotator cuff, don't bother. This carrier is not for you.Loading the bike that faces the SUV/truck is fairly easy. For one bike, this will hit the mark. Note that the smallest bike that this will carry should have the center of the wheels 31" apart. If they had drilled more holes it would better fit smaller kids bikes. In my opinion, the designers should have included some sort of tilt mechanisms to get the frame tilting away from the trailer to make the loading and unloading of the trailer-side bike easier. If this bike rack was more expensive, I would have rated it 1 star to mean "avoid it". For the price, I think it works OK for 1 bike, and is a fair value as a single-bike rack. And if you happen to be a fairly strong and fit person, it might work for you as a double bike carrier.Three tips:1. Before you install this on your travel trailer, try sticking your bicycles upside down in your driveway or garage and get a sense of how the rack will work before you start lifting bikes into the sky on your trailer.2. As someone else here suggested, put a foam cover on the pedal closest to the trailer to avoid damage. It is really hard to avoid the bike touching the trailer when loading and unloading.3. As someone else here suggested, leave the 'sway pins' as low on the frame as you can before loading the bikes. Or you can just the leave the sway pins off the carrier altogether until the bikes are loaded and then install them. They are easy to take on and off with thumb screws. Finally, the way this thing works is it uses two hooks referred to as "pins" at the top of the carrier to hang your bike from it's wheels. This is similar to the hooks you might buy at a hardware store to keep your bike on the wall of your garage. It then uses two lower hooks referred to as "sway pins" to strap a different part of at least one wheel, which effectively keeps your bike upright and prevents it from swinging away from the carrier as you go down the road. The design in that sense is simple and elegant. Too bad the rest of the design didn't keep to those two themes.

If you own a travel trailer and take bikes with you, this is a must.
This keeps your bikes in front of the trailer where they get a much smoother ride. And as a bonus, you can use it with just your car or truck with the addition of the Let's Go Aero - 723359 Bump-It Receiver Adapter. That saves you from carrying a separate bike rack with you on trips in order to take the bikes when leaving the trailer parked. Fantastic duo.
