Q: How many mcg of B12 and what type of B12?

It has 3 mcg of B12 (as cyanzcobalamin). I do want to say that when they first came out with Bazi I loved it as an antioxidant drink and was never ever sick when I was on it, but since they changed it to an energy drink I can't take it anymore because it makes me dizzy. Too bad cause I was a firm believer in it before.

Q: Are these bottles safe to put in your checked luggage when travel?

Yes, I take my Bazi on every trip! I have never had one open in my luggage. They are sealed really tight. Sometimes sealed so well you need to hot water over top to be able to open it. :-)
