I’ve been using the FluffCo Zen Fluff Pillow for a while now, and it honestly feels like a hotel-quality upgrade at home. The pillow is soft and fluffy when you first lie down, but it still provides enough support to keep my neck comfortable through the night. It strikes a really nice balance between plush and supportive. The 100% cotton cover feels smooth and breathable, and the pillow doesn’t trap heat, which is a big plus if you tend to sleep warm. I am honestly so perplexed by all the hype surrounding these pillows. I received mine yesterday, and will be returning it today. It never even made it onto my bed for a number of reasons: First, it has to be the noisiest pillow I have purchased to date. Every time you touch it or move on it, it makes this loud crinkling sound that that will keep anyone that isn’t hard of hearing,, awake. Then there is the stuffing, which flattens under your head, and pushes up on either side, putting immense pressure on both ears. Perhaps if you are a side sleeper this would be less of an issue, but for someone who is a combination sleeper, like me, it’s unbearable. Since it flattens in the middle, it doesn’t actually provide any head or neck support. It also gets very warm, so all the advertisement about it being breathable is absolutely false. The pillow that was shipped to me with a manufacture date of 2024, so maybe this company has improved upon its design with their more recent incarnation, but I’ve bought better pillows than this one at Walmart. I wish I had paid attention to the notification that this item was frequently returned, but I have heard so much about these on social media, and I was desperate for some relief from neck pain, so I took a leap of faith, which I regret.

After 1 month of use, I will not recommend for side sleepers s there is not enough lift even in the “firm” one. I was quite shocked that they considered this firm. I gave it three stars because it is a great pillow for someone without neck problems. It’s very soft and not lumpy which I did appreciate. It will be a great guest room pillow.

This is a very good pillow. I bought one for myself to replace a foam pillow I had for years, hard to find a foam pillow. I tried memory foam, too hard. I bought one for my son for Christmas. He also had an expensive memory foam as well. He said this was a great pillow and he is Sleeping without neck pain. It doesn’t look like much, it’s simply a pillow. When the lights go out all I need is comfort and this is a 10.

Pillow is awesome very comfortable and holds it's shape/firmness. You won't be disappointed.

It's a good, hotel weight, feather pillow. I would buy another from a quality and comfort standpoint, although the price I was quoted for a purchase overseas was pretty high, and I suspect you can find other feather pillows of the same size and weight for less.
