Q: Measurement of handle drop? Are the handles long enough to sling over a shoulder as it's heavy?

Yes its long enough to go over the shoulder and plenty of extra shoilder room. Also the bag. Is not heavy at all even when the cBladder is filled.Great quality its a beautful handbag

Q: Can you put ice in the inside?

I got some very thin ice packs to use with white wine and I'm glad I did. The wine gets pretty warm without them. But with them, it lasted several hours on a southern summer night. Definitely do the thin ones though, since when it's filled with wine it gets fairly bulky.

Q: Just got mine. lost directions to opening the spout. there's a perforation there. afraid to lift it. how do you pour?

Glad to help. The spout opens/closes by twisting it at the base. Tear the perforation when you are ready to "party" which breaks the seal so your wine will pour. The spout can be pulled out from the outside "flap" when ready, and kept tucked in when not in use. Then, you just push down on the spout button and you are ready to go!
