I recently took a fermentation class and learned all about fermented things, including kombucha. The instructor brought several homebrewed samples for class and I was surprised to taste the difference between home-brewed kombucha and the commercially made stuff in the stores (didn't think I liked kombucha!).Instructor gave us a scoby to take home, and I found this blend to try. I like that it is organic, which is important to many a kombucha maker. It's a good value for the money, as I can make several batches from one bag. I also like that there are different blends to try, as the flavor profiles can be changed.Instructions on the back of the bag were very clear and helpful! And the ratio is spot on. Will def buy more as I become more versed in making kombucha!

Awesome kombucha black tea blend. Very good quality. It is very fine tea - great for reusable tea bags or balls. Gave wonderful flavored kombucha and healthy scoby! Large bag is also a great deal for the money. I use mixed with some green tea as well. Will definitely buy again!

The tea has worked out great with my kombucha. It seems to steep well and has a nice flavor with my second fermentation flavors. The price was reasonable. I will be able to get many brews from it. I have nothing bad to say about it.
