Great keyboard case for the iPad mini. The build feels sturdy and provides good protection, while the 130° rotating hinge makes it easy to switch between typing, viewing, and tablet modes. The Bluetooth keyboard connects quickly and is comfortable for emails and notes despite the compact size. It adds a bit of weight, but overall it’s a great value if you want to turn your iPad mini into a small productivity setup.

Lovely little keyboard that makes the iPad mini look like a mini laptop. People with larger hands will find it takes time to get used to the smaller keys and will slip letters. The return key is also smaller so you will slip that too. If you only need to type short passages then this serves its purpose. But for longer prose it will be frustrating due to easily missing keys even with smaller fingers. I like that it has a power switch so you can only have it on when you need it. I also like that the keyboard can be detached and the protective case is a strong plastic one. The angle could be better with the hinges as it doesn’t go back as far as is adequate. So you may find that you detach the screen in order to angle it better for viewing. I like that there is a caps lock light. The case is heavy and very noticeable- so expect your bag to feel heavy! I also found that if you extend the screen to the furthest angle it causes it to topple back due to the heavy weighted keyboard which causes the push back. So you have to keep the screen at angle which you may not like. It would have been good if the keyboard had backlighting- but the light from the screen is sufficient due to the size of the keyboard. For me the case serves its purpose for typing short pieces of work quickly wherever I am and in a convenient way. There is some wasted space at the top and bottom of the keyboard which could have been used by elongating the keys and perhaps helped the typing experience. Lastly there are indents for a pencil to magnetically attach. I guess the product is niche so can justify the pricing- so I would probably say the keyboard is worth it.

Whilst the dimensions and weight were clearly quoted in the product details I hadn’t appreciated how heavy it turned out! My fault of course - but it feels as if it’s doubled the device weight🙈 This said, the keyboard itself is well constructed with good positive travel on individual keys. Also a plus is it offers good edge protection, unlike Apple’s own keyboard for my 11” ipad pro (2019), so for the money I guess I’ll be keeping it.

Feels solid, with good hinges offering positive closing and opening. The mini-iPad is well balanced with the keyboard cover open. The keys are good size and have positive click. Easy and simple first-time pairing to the ipad. Very easy to pull out and separate the iPad from the keyboard base in order to use the iPad without the keyboard. The iPad cover itself is well made, feels solid and fits well with precise cutouts. The keyboard has auto shut-off when not in use to saves battery (although there is also on-off switch). Comes with clear instructions manual. It feels heavier to carry the complete unit comparing with carrying the mini-iPad alone, but the complete unit gives a feel of solidity and protection to the iPad.

Great keyboard, after a year had an issue with case, Arteck promptly sent a replacement under warranty. Good after sales service provided.

Nice unit but found a couple of problems so returned. Screen angle not enough and using fingerprint touchscreen very difficult due to size of case

This is an incredible device, I was a bit skeptical because of the price but the reviews convinced me. I'm writing this review specifically now, BECAUSE with regular use the battery has lasted me from when I fully charged the keyboard upon arrival (August 11th 23) to later this afternoon (May 27th 24) a few months off a year!? Amazing. Pro's you ask? The keyboard itself is very well built - button pressing is great - battery life is amazing - own in-house shortcuts for different functions - good quality weight to it - price? reverse passive robbery aha Cons? if you have big hands the keyboard is quite small, if you have small hands then its perfect (con is subjective, i have big hands) it does add a fair bit of wight to the iPad once you latch it on to the case, but you get used to it, if you don't extra weight, don't buy Regardless of the cons, it does NOT outweigh the pro's
