Great case for Ipad Mini
Brilliant product, well made, sturdy and fits the Ipad Mini perfectly. I have every confidence this will protect my expensive Ipad Mini if i was to drop it. Long life on the Bluetooth keyboard which works well (instructions on shortcut keys within packaging) i did have a minor issue and this was resolved by the seller very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this product.

OK, it's heavy, but…
Having invested in a new iPad mini 6, I am really impressed with how light it is and great for content consumption. But there will be times when I am away from home and don't want or need to take a MacBook, but might need to write something longer, so I looked around for a keyboard. Apple don't do one for the mini, and among third-party ones this Arteck model was generally well rated. A consistent complaint is the weight: my iPad mini is 293g and the Arteck is 445g, so that is a fair complaint. But remember, you are getting a long life battery, a well made protective case and a keyboard, and all at a low price.Obviously a keyboard as small as this has compromises, but I would say price and everything else taken into account, this is a great product.

A great product but I had to return it unwillingly.
This is one extremely well made product. The magnets, the removable top cover, the quality of keyboard everything is absolutely great. I believe this operates on Bluetooth 5.1, BUTThe reasons for returning it:1. I’m not sure if I received a defective piece or not, but it randomly repeats some letter by itself. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it is extremely annoying. I don’t understand despite having Bluetooth 5.0 why does it do that sticky key thing.2. The keyboard is crafted with perfection and each key is good quality but given the size of the keyboard and my hands.. it’s a no no. If you have small hands you most likely would be comfortable with it, but for big hands/fingers it’s not a comfortable typing experience.I feel quite sad while returning it, due to it’s versatile nature and high quality, ultra portability especially the light top case that’s easily detachable and attachable with very strong and reliable magnets, but it is what it is. I hope Arteck keeps making these great products. <3

Not Quite Right
Nice unit but found a couple of problems so returned. Screen angle not enough and using fingerprint touchscreen very difficult due to size of case

Brilliant keyboard for the iPad mini
I love my iPad mini but typing on it can be a pain since it’s a bit too big for thumbs, and typing with two hands requires a surface to rest it on. This keyboard case connects via bluetooth and transforms the iPad mini into a little netbook. The best part is the iPad sits in its own hard case and is attached to the hinge by magnets. This makes it easy to detach. You can even turn the iPad around and attach it backwards, making the keyboard a stand.Because of its compact size some of the symbols are accessed via a fn key. These include some common punctuation symbols like quotation marks. I do wish it was closer to a Mac layout, but it’s good enough for most tasks.

Only keyboard case you'll need if you don't mind the weight
Okay so right from the off: this case is heavy. The weight is all in the lower half, the keyboard, and it essentially doubles or even triples the actual weight of the iPad Mini itself. If your top requirement is a light keyboard case then this definitely won't be for you.But if you don't mind about the weight - wow, is this thing good. I spent weeks researching the right case for my Mini and was half-tempted to pull the trigger on one of the £80 metal ones (but put off by the average reviews) when this one came up in my recommendations. I won't lie, I thought the mid-90's CDi grey wasn't the best look for it but that is my only criticism because in all other regards it is perfect. (Note that the grip section of the case is rubber but all other sides are hard plastic, meaning you can go ham with decorating it if the grey isn't to your liking - I have washi tape and stickers on mine and they stick well). The keyboard is really comfortable to type on. I use a full size keyboard for work so when typing on this it can take a couple of minutes to adjust to the fact that some of the punctuation is accessed with the command key whilst others are accessed with the function key, but the actual typing experience itself is great; the keys have enough height to feel like you're pushing them down and are well spaced apart. I have probably 'middle sized' hands and I don't feel it's particularly difficult to get into the swing of it and have written several long Word docs with no issues. The 'screen' section holds the iPad very sturdily (there's literally no way it could fall out) and docks with the keyboard equally sturdily both facing towards and away from the keyboard. This is great because, obviously, you need to see the screen when typing but also if you want to watch something the facing-away feature gives you some really nice viewing options, and the hinge is very 'stiff' so that it holds itself up no matter the angle. This also ensures the unit stays closed when it's in your bag. The rubber is also thinner on the magnetic side of the tablet so that you can charge your Apple Pencil 2 without needing to take the iPad out of the case. Finally the battery life - I've used the unit for about 50 hours without charging it so far, but I tend to charge everything overnight so it's not a "full" test and not something I'm personally fussed about. So for me, this case is perfect and does everything I want at a third or quarter of the price of other units that aren't so well reviewed. But, again, if you need a light case then this definitely won't be your jam!
