Great product

Very Nice mop but the head is not strong ,use some times ,mop head plastic a little broken

Originally loved it. But the glue holding the sponge to the clips is really bad. The sponge was still in excellent condition (3 months later) and it fell off. I stuck the sponges on using UHT Glue meant for rubber and plastic.The replacement sponge fell off after the 1st use. If it wasn't for that, this product would have a 5* rating. But to spend >100 aed on a product that breaks in 3 months is ridiculous.Update: The product finally broke irreparably in March (the plastic arms snapped in two) - so it lasted less than 8 months. (This mop was bought on 28 July 2022 - and I had to place an order for a new mop on 28 March 2023 - at this point the mop was quite severely broken - and wouldn't wring properly - but we had been using it that way for about a month)I wish it was possible to just buy the mop. I still have the bucket and replacement sponges. This bucket is not compatible with other mops or sponges. It is so frustrating.

Perfect quality. Definitely will be buying again

Working perfectly but the issue is the wipe angle is only the 90 degree and if there is some dust it will not stuck to the sponge

I used to buy this product since like more than 2 years.. Like 3 times..it was excelent... My last purchase I discovered quality become very poor and sponge removed from bracket after 2weeks. of use... And the reason is the masthome company decided to change the supplier.. Which was not good decision... Now I dont advise to buy this product unless they goback to the same old supplier..

Heavy and tiring

Great mop. As I said, haven’t used it on uneven surfaces or tiled flooring but the sponge is pretty durable so I think it will work just aswell. Does a good job of drying the floor and doesn’t leave your floors soaked for hours. Worth the money.

Very elegant, very light to carry, usefullWorth buying

Seau facile d'emploi et à transporter. Peut se ranger facilement. Le balai est de bonne qualité ainsi que l'éponge. Pour ceux qui ont un petit espace, ne prend pas de place. Le seul bémol : un peut difficile à nettoyer après usage.

Having arthritis in my hands, neck and shoulders, I find this mop is much easier and far less painful to use then any other design as it doesn't require much effort to wring the mop out - the bucket really does it for you with no painful necessity of pulling levers to remove water. There is only a small amount of water left in the outside edges of the mop head after you push the mop into the drying section of the bucket, which does not require much physical effort, and it is fairly easy to gently squeeze the ends of the mop head with your hand to get rid of the last residues of wetness if wished. It takes far less effort to remove water from the head of this mop than any other mop I've used and, despite there being a bucket involved, is easy to store. I've only used it twice so far but I am very impressed - and relieved - with the ease of removing excess water from the mop head due to its design. It's almost a pleasure to wash the floors now! Keeping fingers crossed it lasts as it was a comparatively expensive item but worth it as it doesn't involve anything like the pain I have experienced with any other design of mop.

Un excellent produit oubliez tout les autres .... je suis enfin conquis après avoir essayé une dizaine de produit plus nul les uns que les autres.Celui-ci je le conseil. (Je viens d’en acheter trois autres pour la famille qui est conquise aussi)
