I love the idea of luminaires. I usually decorate my driveway with them at Halloween. But the only downside, is the loading of votive candles, and lighting 25 or so candles. When I decided to do it at Christmas, where I planned to use them several days in a row, which would mean loading and reloading new candles every night or using larger votives which would require lighting every night. I was looking for an easy solution and that's when I can across these little jewels! I still loaded them in the bags with sand, however when the lighting came, I just hit the button and the remote and Voila! instant light! To "extinguish" the light, Voila! hit the button! I LOVE THESE! Also, we had some rain while they were out on the driveway, DID NOT EFFECT THEM! The soft flickering light was perfect! I only had one candle that would not light with the rest of the candles, I had to light it separately, my only small tiny complaint, otherwise I was very satisfied!

Poor quality control when it comes to sorting of the candles. I ordered “warm white” and received 13 “warm white” candles. 4 were noticeably more Amber in color, and 7 were bright/cool white. Considering they are for a wedding and candles will be close to one another, I will have to strategically place candles that are similar by one another. Disappointed that I have to worry about this given that I ordered what should have been 24 warm white.

This set of flameless votives with remote was exactly what I was looking for when decorating those difficult to reach spots. I set the timers with the remote and they come on every evening for the hour and duration I've set. I've used them throughout the holiday season and the batteries are still going strong. These are not the real wax votives but I usually put them into some type of holder anyway, so it's not a big deal. I love using a couple of them as nightlights for guests, as well! My order was delivered quickly and when I contacted Home Most with a question, they replied quickly and their solution was beyond what I expected. Great customer service and product.

I ordered these because they are advertised as warm white and have the timer function. However, they are bright white. I took a pic next to some I bought from another seller last year. I returned the first set because the color was not as advertised and they sent another set of bright white. I have seen reviews that said they received mixed batches, so maybe I'll go through them all and hope for a few that are correct *sigh*. Otherwise, I am going to send them back for a refund. They are nice. They just don't look like a flame. They are very bright white and I don't feel like taking a chance again.

These look nice and last a while. The timer works well too and it's nice that they default to the flicker setting when turned on. But the remote is a joke. You literally have to point it no more than a half inch away from each candle to turn them on. If you're looking for tea lights that you can control with a remote then don't get these.

These were supposed to be a warm light. They were such a cool light that there is almost a green tone to them. Combined with the "flickering" effect- it reminded me of the fluorescent lights in an old warehouse. Definitely going back

I have used these for about a week so I cannot yet comment on the value for money. I have used the timer setting, and it is fun to watch them "blink on" one after the other at the appointed time every evening! They provide a lovely soft, warm glow in my tea light tower. A teeny bit pricey - but I am happy with my purchase!

I ordered these twice to make sure I didn't receive a defective set. Nope. The batteries wear out after only a few hours. It seems the batteries keep draining even when the lights are turned off using the remote. Also replacing the batteries costs nearly as much as a new set. I would not recommend these.
