I was in full panic mode after accidentally locking myself out of my safe. I ordered this external power jack hoping it would solve the problem and it absolutely did. Within seconds of plugging it in, I was back into my safe. The jack comes with multiple ports, which is surprisingly handy for different devices. It’s definitely one of those items you hope you never have to use, but you’re incredibly glad to have on hand when you do.

I am a locksmith and have run into electronic locks with dead batteries. I input this into the exterior port on the lock and pesto. The customer can enter their code and get into their place.

This product is cheap and made from China. It does not do what it’s supposed to do and does not give your technology any type of help. It is battery operated and is worthless.

Battery died in my gun safe :( My fault, didn't change batteries out after two years. Any how, misplaced both keys. Watched some Youtube videos on how to open safe without having to pay $100s to break in to it. Stumbled upon video using external battery pack with a 3.5mm audio jack that inserts into front door of safe as an emergency failsafe in the event battery dies. When it was delivered, I got it, opened and installed batteries in the pack, prayed, inserted the small jack into the front door of the safe, powered on the battery pack, pressed the pin code as I heard the beeps come alive with every push of the buttons as the green light flashed twice indicating the locking mechanism engage releasing the handle to freely turn and open the safe door. I was SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! :) :) :) As this applies to my battery operated biometric lock mechanism, this is my emergency failsafe emergency key!

I recently acquired this external battery due to the unfortunate circumstance of my safe's battery failing, which consequently left me locked out. Fortunately, my search on Amazon led me to this invaluable solution—a true savior in times of need.

This thing saved us. Batteries ran down it the safe, and the safe had a place to plug it in, and it worked!!!!

This helped me get into a door with an electronic lock after the battery died. It would have been an expensive ordeal otherwise!
