Am amending my review as the seller contacted me in a very courteous manner and refunde the money without requesting that I send back the kettle. I repeat the kettle is pretty and good quality but does not work on an induction hob

Defective item
Paid for a new kettle but i got a broken and looks like a used one. The ball part was tarnised And already broken.So disappointed. I was planning to give this as a gift. Good thing I opened the package before giving it. Requested for a refund.

Doesn't whistle!
I like it, it's super cute, however the whistler doesn't whistle and it's a pain to pull it off a boiling hot kettle. Also the handle gets very hot, but I knew that would happen. Need to replace the whistler.
