I like the concept but in practice I find that even when you drink a little before inserting the chiller it tends to foam a fair amount, I'm not much for having a head on my beer so this is an issue. I did find that depend on your consumption pace it will last through two beers and does not make the second foam.

As it is a good gift and my boyfriend has gotten a lot of use out of them, the only thing is putting it in slowly to a new beer so the foam isn’t everywhere. Also I ordered the set with the bottle opener at the bottom and I didn’t receive that. Just the regular ones. But he still loves them all the same.

So I had these in my freezer for over a month before use (much longer than the needed 45 minutes lol). I used in an already refrigerated beer, inside my house in a room that was only 72 degrees (beer was away from sunlight as well). Surprisingly my beer was noticeably warmer in less than 20 minutes. Had it been outside on a 90 degree day I believe it would have been much warmer, much faster.I don't like writing bad reviews, but this just didn't perform in line with product claims or in line with some of the other reviews.

Very pleased with my beer chillers. They work great! I think they would be great gift items for family, too. The built-in beer opener is a sweet bonus.I recommend hand washing and drying. I washed them in the dishwasher and left them overnight and there was a small amount of oxidation/rust starting on the inside of the neck, but it wiped off. If you do wash them in the dishwasher, dry them off quickly and don't leave them sit for a long time in the dishwasher.Also, some types of beer will bubble up more than others, so just insert the chiller slowly to prevent any overflow.

I bought this Beer Chiller to keep my beverages cold while entertaining. One caveat is they are made for long neck style bottles not the stubby or steinie bottles typical with craft beer. Please don't buy these to keep only beer cold. They work as an amazing cocktail stirrer to keep your bourbon cold without diluting it with ice. The bottle opener on the bottom of the Beer Chiller is the differentiation between this brand and others I have seen.Drop this beer chiller in your longneck or your long island ice tea and enjoy a longer chilled beverage without watering it down.Cheers!

Sounded like a great idea but it only works on long necks. They sent me a 2 pack; a great idea would have been choice of size. I’m not beer savvy so did not notice the size difference in beer bottles.

Great gift. Chills fast. Keeps the beer bottle really cold. Great for bar b ques and working outside to keep beer cold. Have to be careful no one throws away when beer is done!!
