The media could not be loaded. I'm arthritic, I wish I'd seen this years ago when I bought my Kitchenaid Artisan. Pulling it forward and back did effect my joints and especially my neck. I came across this by accident yesterday and thought it was worth a try. Delivered with Prime today and I wiped the pad with a damp cloth and dried it then put it in situ! Look at my short video, moving this is a breeze as you can see! It's a good fit with a little of the pad visible. Honestly, I'm really pleased with this. I can move it with two fingers! Mind you, lifting it to place the pad in situ was really hard for me as its so heavy, but now it's done and well worth it and is absolutely stable when in use. I highly recommend this for the price!

If you have a stand mixer this is a must, it saves your work surface and mixer does not move.

Having finally treated myself to a KitchenAid after years of lusting after one I wanted it to remain on display in my kitchen. However I suffer with a bad back and it was much heavier than my last stand mixer to move around. I stumbled upon this on Amazon and wasn’t expecting much. However, it works exactly as it says! Now my mixer can sit nicely in the corner of the worktop and I can pull it forward with one finger when it on this mat! It doesn’t stick out much around the base of the mixer either, so doesn’t detract from your KitchenAid. It’s so easy to manoeuvre, it just works!
