Mostly utilize this product for drawing with ink and pencil. Pleasantly surprised by how little smearing of pencil graphite occurs. Previously used products have left pencil lead all over the proceeding page and also smeared so that the drawing over time wears off the page. This paper holds the graphite well but also erases very well. My only criticism is that the cover is weak at the corners as it is not super stiff.

Third grade bigger than expected And everyone loves a big surprise the paper quality is awesome the artwork that’s being done on them right now are beautiful my kids adore them we go through a lot of our books and these two I knew they were pricey but I have faith and I’m glad I did

I chose these books because the front and back are hardcover and it has a spiral side. I don't like soft covered books because when you open the book and it bends, sometimes the outside soft cover will rip and it just makes the sketch book look ugly. It comes with 80 blank tan pages. The size of the pages are perfect. You can't go wrong with these sketch books at all, they're perfect. I recommend these sketch books out all the other ones on Amazon.

I purchased these as gifts; therefore, I cannot attest to how these handle different mediums. My intention was for them to be used with pencil. They felt very sturdy, and it seems like they will hold up well. I really liked that they have hard covers and perforated pages. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because of how they were packaged on top of one another with nothing in between. The spiral binding left intentions on each book.

I purchased this for my daughter who is learning to draw. She likes the hardcover and the paper quality is what she needs exactly, just the right balance between the tooth and smoothness, with nice weight for multiple pencil effects. The hardcover/back give a great support when drawing.The pages are perforated so they can be removed tidily and the paper feels very nice and workable with good erasure, when necessary. The 2-pack is an especially good bargain and the slightly heavier weight of the paper over similar products means it performs better. This works perfectly for her needs and I would purchase this again. I'm very happy with it.

These books are awesome! I'm using one for my daughters summer journal/ scrapbook. The pages are not stiff but sturdy enough to hold a bunch of pictures. I tried to use the glue stick but not sure if it's the glue or the paper but it wont stay. So. I ended up using glue dots which works great! The markers wont bleed through and the cover is nice and hard. I'm definitely buying more. They are so worth it!Update: purchased these again... so worth it for scrapbooking 😉
