I have been looking for a peephole camera for my front door. So I bought this one, and it has exceeded my expectations. The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was in perfect condition. Everything for installation was included, and the seller, EquesHome, even offered a drill bit for free! It took me just 15 minutes to install it. So far it has been working perfectly. The color matches my door as well. I really like it!

Worked ok. The view from inside screen tends to be fuzzy and the street light causes extreme glare spot. After 5 months, I took it down to charge the battery. I could not get the viewer screen to activate and after charging all day, still no power. I purchased in April. This is September and this item is useless.

Easy to install. Perfect for what we needed. Don't forget to get the drill bit and use the promo code DRILLBIT so you get it for free. I have 4 stars because the picture quality isn't the best. The color is off and it's hard to see any faces during the day. And you need a good light source for at night. Other than that it works great. Oh and the memory card is pre-installed. Lol we went crazy looking for it.

After 14 months, the battery would not hold a charge. I wrote to Eques. It was two months out of warranty, so the representative asked me if I wanted to send it to China for repairs. My response was — “Really.”Never more.

Able to see who is at my door without answering to them. If I don't want to speak to whoever rang the bell I can and they don't know that I am home and it records a picture or a video of who rang my bell and so that I can know who was at my door and the time of day they were there and who it was.Great device.

Will last a couple years but that's it. For some people, the investment might be worth it, but for me it's not. I've got a hole in my door and no replacement available.We got woken at 4am with incessant ringing from the mechanism and jumped out of bed thinking there was an emergency. When we got to the door, no one was there. This thing just spazzed out and would not stop ringing. We tried to charge it and reboot but same thing happened.

Good and easy to install..

I have mixed feelings about this product. After I finished the installation, I tried to download the app, but I was not able to do so. The customer service staff Pia told me, "Upon checking you are using the Greeter. It's a digital door viewer only. It does not connect to any app, so you just know who's there through the snapshots taken, which you can view through the LCD monitor at the door." This is fine if you live in a relatively safe town, but this feature really stinks for those of us who live in the big city. It really frustrates me that I have to get near the door to check the screen. That means that people outside of the door will know that I am actually standing in front of the door! That's a big no no in the big city. Ideally, I wish that I could download the app so that I could easily check who's at the door on my iphone! I should have double checked this before ordering this product. SMH

I received a used product. There were pictures already on the digital viewer. Needless to say I was very amazed that I did not receive a new product know where in the order did he mention or say that I would be receiving a used product. I contacted the seller and Amazon. Seller did nothing for me. But Amazon was fantastic they help me with the return and gave me $5 credit for the hassle.
