These help my feet so much. I have several pair for each set of shoes. Sticks well, nice little cushion for my feet when I wanna wear cute sandals that don't have much support.

These worked very well. I used them for shoes for a wedding. Good arch support and heel cushioning.

I have a flat feet and need gentle arch support. Unfortunately, just about every arch support product out there has very aggressive, high cushioning, and this is no exception. It was way too thick to be comfortable.

Despite the product description saying they fit "all types of shoes" with sneakers and running shoes mentioned specifically, these do not stay adhered in my walking shoes. When putting my foot in, my sock catches on the material and pulls the support insole up and away from the shoe's insole. The same issue happens when removing my foot from the shoe.These probably adhere fantastic to smooth textured insoles like those on leather or faux leather sandals, or an open shoe (again like a sandal) that doesn't result in much friction when putting it on your foot.That said, they offer great support. Enough that I will keep wearing them until they can no longer be properly repositioned. Not enough that I will purchase them again.I highly recommend them if you have smooth insoles for them to stick to, or your shoes are open.

The other reviewers are correct. These are hard and feel awful in my opinion. I wish I could return them, but ya have to try them to find this out. Sneaky strategy! I don’t recommend them!

I had planter fasciitis when I got these, and it helped my foot tremendously! It’s easy to stick on your sandals/shoes and doesn’t come off easily. You just need to clean the shoes well before sticking these on. It provides you a great support for your feet.
