It's pretty good for the money
This is a pretty good whiteboard for the money. It's not perfect, but it's also not three times as much. I wanted to leave a fair review because it feels like most of the poor reviews have their expectations set too high. I'm going to compare this whiteboard to a similar sized whiteboard that I use at work, which I think most people are expecting.Mounting:The mounting is ok, but not great. The nicer whiteboards have six mounts instead of four. They are also larger diameter mounts. I'm not sure that size makes much difference, but it should be noted. Since there are only four mounts on this board, there is some flex in the middle that isn't present on the more expensive counterpart. Like another reviewer, I put some of the Styrofoam in the box behind it after it was mounted. Overall, mounting was fairly easy. I used the cardboard from the packaging to make a template for the top two holes. It's a lot easier to level a piece of cardboard than a piece of glass. After installing the top two mounts, I hung the whiteboard and marked the lower mounts.Thickness:The glass is much thinner than the whiteboard at my office. We recently had to move the whiteboards and it is almost impossible to move with just one person. This whiteboard was easily installed by just me. If this board were thicker, it would be less flexible. I think this is an acceptable trade-off considering the price.Magnetic capability:I didn't have high hopes for the magnetic ability and I wasn't really planning on using it that much. That said, a lot of people were disappointed in this feature. The back of the whiteboard has a very thin sticker of flexible magnet. It's the same material that cheap refrigerator magnets are made of. The included eraser does stick to the board, but I couldn't get a small magnet to stick on the glass. The more expensive board looks like it has a thin piece of sheet metal glued to the back. Magnets do stick to that really well. I don't think you are going to find a good magnetic board in this price range, especially a glass one.How markers show up:I bought fine tip BIC intensity markers. These do fine on other dry erase surfaces, but not so great on glass. I tried a red one at work and it didn't show up. It was the same on my whiteboard. I think this is a maker issue, not so much an issue with this particular whiteboard. Some markers just don't work as well on glass. So blame the markers not the whiteboard here.Size:This is not quite 3x4, it is a little smaller in both directions. This isn't really a problem, but it would have been nice if the mounting holes lined up to be 16 inch on centers to make mounting easier and safer. I'm not going to complain about the size. This is a fairly good whiteboard. I think the only real complaint I have is that they didn't put six mounting holes instead of four. I guess you get to feel good about not throwing away Styrofoam.

Great glass whiteboards
We ordered these for our offices after going through a remodel & they are very nice. They were easy to install, look great on the walls & easy to clean. The only issue I have had is I can't find magnets strong enough to hold things on them. I have purchased several different sizes & nothing seems to work well at all.

Not so easy installation.
I wouldn't call the installation easy. The instructions are useless. They do not contain any useful information like what size drill bit to use or how far apart the holes should be. You're going to have to measure a lot if you install it on your own. Even a small fraction off can make it impossible to install it properly so be careful. This should really come with a paper template. I ended up using a 7/32 drill bit for mounting it with anchors. I managed to install it myself but it's probably easier if you can get two people to hold it up straight while someone else marks the holes and screws in the final pegs at the end. Also it is barely magnetic even with strong magnets. It feels like it needs two magnets to hold up a single sheet of paper. The magnetic eraser does manage to stay up though.Overall it works and looks nice but I wouldn't pay a lot for it.

Well Constructed
I like the black glass just make sure you get the right markers.

Terrible directions, not magnetic, shipping sucked!
#1)The directions are a joke with cheap parts. It didn't show how to actually put this onto the wall. It didn't even show the correct parts. We put washers on each side of the bolt so you won't break/damage the glass but that wasn't described at all. Also, It would have been very helpful if they had sent a template instead of us trying to hold it up to mark the holes. It is virtually impossible to get it right since you can't put in the spacer until you put in the anchor. Just because we figured it out doesn't excuse them from having terrible directions.#2)It is not magnetic enough to hold anything to it. We used "super strong" magnets that held a book to our metal door but slides down this surface with nothing in it. We tried rare earth magnets as well and they also slide down. There must be some metallic property or else they wouldn't stay on at all but it isn't enough to hold anything to it so this should be sold as a whiteboard only.#3)This was shipped with USPS and USPS left us a note that it was too large for them to deliver so we would have to go pick it up. If we wanted to have to go pick it up we could have bought a comparable product at a store and had it earlier.I am annoyed we now have this up and can't use it the way we wanted and are worried about the quality of the installation since it is a heavy piece of glass and the anchors didn't seem very sturdy. Now we get to pack it up and return it, which will also be a pain.

Classy Blackboard
I bought this to use in my home. I use it as a message board in my kitchen. I love it. It’s not really magnetic but I love the board itself, very classy looking and is great and colorful for writing reminders, menus, daily affirmations or messages and more. I love also that it matches the black granite in my kitchen.

Beautiful. Could use girthier mounts.
The corners of this product tend to get damaged and shipping. Not the glass, but the black backing tends to rub or get chipped off which can be fixed with a sharpie but it's something to be aware of. The ability to stick regular refrigerator magnets would be nice but that would increase the weight and thickness of the product. The wall mounts are very small in diameter causing the need for a larger washer or a firmer backer board. I wouldn't use these mounts directly on drywall as they will crush the drywall and your installation will sag.

Very good quality
This product was super easy to mount (with 2 people) and is very great quality for the price. Perfect for a home office to keep you organized or to jot down some ideas and plans. Doesn’t leave any marks when you erase either.
