Not super bright but you can still see it in broad daylight.
This is a great unit for a very low price. Yes, it's not super bright, but those claiming you can't read it in daylight are lying or blind. It's still usable in full daylight.

Works great, easy install, wish it was brighter
This thing exceeded my expectations for the price. Put it in my boat and was super easy to install and very accurate.Also helpful to have a digital read of battery.Just wish it was brighter as it’s hard to read even in shadows

Great product
When I bought this I was skeptical, but it proved me wrong. GPS works great. A lot of info on the display but very easy to read. The GPS sensor can be installed below the deck. Doesn't need a clear view of the sky.

About as easy to connect as it gets!
Compared to messing with wires and hoses to the outboard this is a breeze! Connect the positive and negative wires and mount it. Done! And probably much more accurate than the mechanical speedometer.
