This is a real game changer for my painI used kinesiology taping yrs ago, my PT used it on me and have me the rest of the roll to use. That was on my knees. Now my shoulders are bad, with one having a 45% tear the other needing a full replacement.For the past 3 yrs I have been getting injections in both shoulders to avoid surgery.Its happening now that the shoulder that needs the full replacement, the shots don't carry me pain free for the 3 months as it has done before.So I've started taping my shoulder..I finally have run out of the kineso tape she gave me.. so I looked here on Amazon for kInesotape that is for sensitive skin. I am now a senior citizen and because of those injections my skin has thinned, and tears very easily, because of my age (67) so I was told to look for the kInesotape for sensitive skin. I now have to be very careful of any type of adhesive tape due to the that my skin will tear while taking off the tape.This is such a game changer for me. It holds great, it doesn't roll as long as you remember to cut the tape and round the corners.Never put it on with the straight cut it won't hold at all....my PT taught me that trick.In the end the reviews ive read about this tape claim that it won't hold, that it rolls on the ends and comes off, so if they did not round the corners before applying the tape that is the reason for it doing that.I have been using this new pink tape that is safe for even babies & children, works like a dream for me any wat it does!You won't be sorry. It does stay on until you take it off.Main thing to remember which is very important, "Make sure to have clean dry skin, & round the corners," otherwise if you don't, and you happen to start to sweat from a little thing like hot flashes, exercising & the like, then I get it, the tape won't hold.So wash the area & make sure its completely dry before applying the tape, also if you aren't applying it after your shower or bath, make sure the skin is nice and dry then you shouldn't have any problem.Some people in the reviews have suggested they get the tape wet to remove or they apply baby oil to tye tape before removing.With my sensitive skin, I have not had to do this. I just remove the tape and I start from the bottom not the top to remove it. Hint just remember to remove it in the direction your hair om the skin grows not against it.Might not be that way for everyone but for me it works just fine.Take the chance with this tape, I don't think you will have any regrets, if it doesn't work for you send it back and get a refund.That's just this viewer's response on how this tape holds, and works.... have a blessed day!!You won't be sorry!

As I mentioned in another review, my 12 year old daughter has flat feet; fallen arches. She is often in excruciating pain after a day of high activity at school. Before her trip to Disneyland, I realized it was too late to see an orthopedist and provide a long term solution but I wanted to spare her from the pain of being on her feet for three days. We’ve tried every single shoe insert on the market and none have been effective remedies. This kinesiology tape is actually the best support we’ve had out of anything. She wasn’t in pain, and we had time to research the optimum places to put it to support her arches. It was a success! I expect to be using this until we get to the age we can determine if she will need more invasive treatment. This is ideal to use for sports or a short period of time. The tape excels over any gel or other type of arch support insert or band available.

I have to get sensitive skin for my daughter who is 4. She has a clubfoot and is taped from foot to top of her thigh. She never complained when they were on or when I took it off when I orded Spartan brand. They are pre measured so it makes it easy.I'm giving it 3 stars cause it doesn't last for more than 1 day before it starts to roll up and off. The Spartan brand stayed a lot better.I'm trying another brand cause it will get expensive taping everyday. I only got 2 tapings of both legs, she is 4 on the 1% roughly 39 inches tall.

I use kinesiology tape for my neck, upper back, calves, shoulders, quads and probably places I am forgetting. I get a lot of relief from being taped up, as well as additional confidence while I am healing from the latest injury. Not to put too fine a point on it, but I really could not live without taping. I have used scores of different tapes. All of them have worked for me. My last tape had a stronger seal, but it frayed and left adhesive on my skin that stayed for days. This tape has been, like the other kinds, terrific for me. I have not had any problems with the adhesion when used on my lower and middle back. I am a sweaty person and exercise regularly. So the fact that this tape was applied Sunday and it still clings tight to my sweaty back through multiple showers and workouts means it is clinging well enough. Now, I might have issues when I have to use the tape on my neck. But for my lower back and I assume legs, this is great. As someone else said, the more curves your tape has to cover the more you need adhesion, so I will be on the watch for any weaknesses. For now, its perfect.

Taping joints is a life changer and did you know you can tape to reduce swelling?! (Also a huge deal)Having sensitive skin or allergies (often mysterious) can also be life changing … except not for the better…So incredibly grateful to finally have found a fantastic tape of high quality that works, does the job and with great longevity. (Positioning matters of course- keep it smoothed down if getting wet - once it was peeling, fairly easily came off in the shower)My Example: I can tape my knee (avoid the brace) and leave it on with great support for at least 2-3 (maybe more?) days with daily showering and no reaction at all! Other tapes have me struggling hours in while heavily on Benadryl.Definitely worth it!

This is 10-15 minutes after applying. It’s doesn’t stick at all, I guess the bright side is because it doesn’t stick it also didn’t hurt when I pulled the rest off. All but one piece I applied started peeling within that timeframe. I have another brand on Amazon I like better but I wanted to give this a try because of it being pre cut since I’m in the lazy stage of the third trimester and just want quick easy relief. The color is absolutely adorable but unfortunately the functionality just isn’t there on this one.

Even with sensitive skin products, I can't leave them on long. My skin really doesn't appreciate adhesive. I can tolerate this for a couple of days without hives or losing skin layers. I use it for knee stability and it works well.
