Thin Short Reusable Toddlers& Kids Silicone Straws for The First Years Take & Toss Spill Proof Straw Cup,10-14 oz Small Tumbler (Girls Color)

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased these straws for my kid’s Take & Toss cups. The first set I purchased lasted 5 years. I think they are a great value for the money and they held up quite nicely for all these years, despite my son being a straw chewer for part of them. I imagine any child who has a tendency to forcibly chew straws will eventually break most kinds of soft material, so these are not indestructible. But they do last much longer than the straws that come with the cups, and they have a better mouthfeel than stainless steel straws.Since they are flexible, it takes slightly more effort to thread this through the straw opening on the lid. My trick is to kind of twist the end through the hole just enough so I can pull the rest of the straw out of the bottom of the lid, then make a small indent in the straw at the hole with my finger as I put the lid on the cup. This allows a small air gap that prevents the liquid from shooting out of the straw.My only gripe is that I don’t necessarily like the logo being imprinted on the straw, but it’s not too noticeable and doesn’t affect the usage in any way.

I don’t know when these came to Amazon but I was searching for THIS size rubber straw to replace the plastic ones that come with the first years straw cups for the last 2 years!! My son used to chew the ends of the straws up (you only get four) and they always looked gross. So I had to buy new cups just to replace the straws. Well my son 3 1/2 yrs old now and mainly drinks out of a regular cup but I still give him a straw cup for car rides and for travel and these reusable straws are heaven sent! I definitely recommend if you use those first years cups because they fit right inside, no spills. They are made of great quality...no chew marks...no bent tips...and they can be easily cleaned with the pipe cleaner. You’ll save yourself money and a headache buying these. Love them!

I really like these straws they don't get ruined from your kids bitting on the straw, they are easy to clean with the brush and I love the colors. The only negative I would say is they don't work very well for stirring, I typically use these for chocolate milk so it just takes longer since the straws are so flexible.

I cannot believe how well these fit the take & toss lids! They’re easy to clean, though I sometimes use a different brush. I’m not sure why they made the handle for the included brush flexible, sometimes it bends in unintended ways before even getting in the straw, but it’s not difficult to use a different straw brush.Silicone is nice & the colors are solid.

I love that these are a flexible silicone straw, that can’t harm my 15 month old daughter in the event she falls with the straw in her cup! They are easy to clean, they come with their own cleaning brush, but I typically just put them in the dishwasher in the utensil holder & they come out clean. These are not leak/spill proof straws. I have been using them in the Take & Toss cups. Unfortunately, the Take & Toss cups don’t always hold up to my daughter’s throwing her cup from her highchair, sometimes leading to the lid popping off & her milk spilling everywhere. If I could find a similar cup that can stand up to her throwing, I’d be getting much more use out of these great straws!

I like the silicon straw as it safer and easier to clean.

Bought these for my toddlers yogurt and they fit perfectly. Also my toddler boy stuck a pea inside his nose and finally cried once he saw he couldn’t get it out. So mom/doctor to the rescue I used one of these straws to suck it out. Nothing else was working. So! Definitely happy with this product. Oh and it comes with a handy brush to clean them out.

The set of colors I received (first photo) did not match the listing (second photo). The straw cleaners were also under tension the way they were folded in the box so it pushed the straws off to the side. Didn't harm anything but makes for a poor presentation for a gift. Material seems good quality but I'm looking for better colors than what I got. Returning these
